Sighting Result of the Shawwal Moon for the Year 1435 AH and Congratulations on the Blessed Eid ul-Fitr

Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar...La Illaha Illa Allah... Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar, walHamdulillah

All Praise is due to Allah, peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, companions, allies, and those who followed in his path; thus making the Islamic Aqeedah the basis for one's thoughts, the Ahkaam Shari'ah (Legislative Rulings) the measure for one's actions and source for their rulings.

Bukhari reported in his Sahih as narrated by Mohammad bin Zeyad who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with them) say that the Prophet of Allah (sallalahu alaihi wassallam), or he said, Abu Al-Qasim (sallalahu alaihi wassallam) said: "صوموا لِرُؤيتِهِ وأَفْطِرُوا لرؤيتِهِ فإنْ غُـبِّيَ عليكم فأَكْمِلُوا عِدَّةَ شعبانَ ثلاثين" "Fast when you see it, and break your fast when you see it, and if the weather is cloudy do calculate it (the months of Shaban and Shawwal) as thirty days."

After investigation of the sighting of the moon of Shawwal on this blessed night, the night of Monday, a valid sighting of the New Moon has been proven according to the Shari'ah requirements, based on this:

Tomorrow, Monday is the First of Shawwal, and is the first day of the blessed Eid ul Fitr.

And on this occasion, the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him, congratulates all the people of the dear Islamic Ummah on the Eid...

And he asks Allah Almighty that he bestow us with the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State that will implement Allah's Laws on Earth, and carry Islam, a message of guidance and light, to the world, the state of justice that will liberate the lands and bring justice to the slaves of Allah, the State of Jihad with which conquests will be unceasing, so the people will chant Allahu Akbar on their Eids, and in their conquests Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, There is no God but Allah, Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar, All praise is for Allah...

And likewise I convey the congratulations of the Head of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir and all the members who work for the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir and all the Muslims on the blessed Eid ul-Fitr.

The Eid that Allah (swt) wanted it to be a joy for the fasting, and a display of the Muslims' unity, and a reminder for them that they are one Ummah unlike any other people.

Oh Muslims everywhere,

I ask Allah Almighty that He has accepted from you and us and the Muslims our fast and qiyyam; our kneeling and prostrating; and all of our actions. As we ask that He return it on the Islamic Ummah and that Allah bless us with the just and righteous Khaleefah with who we will protect ourselves with and fight behind... he leads with the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw)... and that is not Mighty for Allah.

Eid ul-Fitr is a blessing and virtue from Allah Almighty upon the Muslims, and the Eid of Eids will be with the realization of Allah Almighty's promise and the tidings of His Prophet sallahu alaihi wassalam of victory and empowerment, and the building of the State that will rule by His Shari', the State of the Righteous Khilafah "Caliphate".

And for the joy of Eid to be complete, the thrones of the treacherous rulers must be destroyed over their heads.

And for the joy of Eid to be complete, the power of the whole Ummah must be united.

And for the joy of Eid to be complete, the Armies must give the support to the sincere workers to strengthen Islam.

For the joy to be complete, the Islamic way of life must return in all areas: political, economic, social, educational, and all aspects of life. For the joy to be complete, the great entity of Islam must be built, the entity of the second Khilafah "Caliphate" Ar-Rashidah upon the method of the Prophethood.

To the Eid of Eids, I call you and to the work for its realization, and conclude your Eid with the compliance to Allah's (swt) command and work with the sincere workers to honor and empower this Deen so that together we will chant Allahu Akbar on the day of the clear victory, a chant of the victorious obedient grateful repented...

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar... La illaha illa Allah

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar... walillahi Al Hamd

Allahu Akbar Kabeerah wal Hamdulilah Katheerah wa SubhanAllah bukrat wa Aseela

[Glory is for Allah in the morning and evening]

There is no God but Allah...

He kept His Promise...

And made His slave victorious...

And He alone honored His soldiers and defeated all the groups...

There is no God but Allah...

And we worship none but Him...

Sincere to Him in our Deen even if the Kuffar despise it.
