Al-Araby Al-Jadeed site published an article by the author Munthir Halloum titled "Islamic Hizb ut Tahrir banned in Russia... is wanted"; contained words lacking the minimum standards of media professionalism. He aimed to promote the lies that no longer fool any one, especially since we live in the information age and the Internet, where a skeptic can check any allegation and lie before starting to propagate it as a fact.

It is obvious that the writer did not want to ascertain what he copied from the page of the electronic center site "Kaspiyanja.org" by "the expert in security affairs, Viktor Mikhailov" in Kazakhstan, who set the allegations and extreme slander against Hizb ut Tahrir and its members, the writer chose to adopt false claims about the party that it is a terrorist organization that recruits fighters for terrorist gangs to send them later to Syria ... knowing that everyone knows that the party does not have a history of any material work and restricted its method to the intellectual and political struggle according to the method of the Messenger of Allah (saw).

This leads us to wonder: Why would New Arab website accept to contribute to the promotion of lies and slander against Hizb ut Tahrir without making the slightest effort to verify the authenticity of what it reports?

If the writer concerned himself to conduct a simple and fast search, he would have realized that the decision of the Russian Federal Court, issued on February 14, 2003 to ban Hizb ut Tahrir was not based on any legal justification. It also exposed a number of legal centers, the most important of them is the Memorial Human Rights Center in Moscow.ⁱ We have previously held a media conference in Kiev on October 9, 2013ⁱⁱ where we exposed the fabrications of the Russian regime of Stalin and his oppressive campaigns against Islam and Muslims, and not just against Hizb ut Tahrir and its members, and we documented it all, and for those who desire the objective truth need only to contact us and we will give him the truth behind what is taking place. The injustice and Inquisition of Stalin and Putin have intensified until recently it was decided that the books, "Sahih Al-Bukhari", "The Muslim Fort", and "The Forty-Nawawi", are banned extremist material, but it came down to banning the noble Qur'an!

After the occupation of Crimea, Putin's regime banned a long list of books including more than 300 books and booklets and audio and visual Islamic materials. The security services carried out inspections which included numerous Islamic cultural and educational centers and mosques in the Crimea in search of banned materials in order to confiscate them, under the pretext that they are materials that incite extremism and terrorism.

This space is limited to list the long criminal record of Putin's regime that almost outdo his predecessor Stalin in competition of the notorious Inquisition eras... From this platform we call on the media not to be a partner to this regime in the promotion of its lies, our media offices are available throughout world with known addresses and are easy to communicate with, for those who investigate the truth and hold a commitment to professional standards of objective media; otherwise they are  partners in the crimes of the regime that it justifies.

Whereas, Hizb ut Tahrir is like a firm soaring mountain, it is not hurt by those who disappoint, or those who slander it, though these malevolent methods will only increase its members with resolve and determination to hold on to what pleases Allah Almighty, and to continue to work until the Khilafah "Caliphate" is established and a rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood is announced, which is an easy matter to Allah (swt) to fulfil.

We the members of Hizb ut Tahrir are committed to our oath to Allah (swt) that we will not leave this matter until it is established or we shall perish for it.

(إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ الْحَرِيقِ)

"Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire." [Al-Buruj: 10]
