O Muslims in Tajikistan your Constitution is the Book and Sunnah and Not the Manmade Constitution, which Enslaves Mankind
(Translated)

The sixth of November is Constitution Day in Tajikistan. This date has been imposed on the people in Tajikistan in 1994, when the atheist Soviet Union fell which is based on materialism. In this constitution, the republic system was adopted based on the idea of separation of religion from life, where the president governs the people on the basis of laws placed by humans.

On that day, 6 November 1994, the permanent President Imam Ali Rahman was inaugurated who took power 20 years ago. Imam Ali Rahman learned the principles of communism in the highest education institutions of the Communist party in the Soviet Union, as these educational institutions were set up to create party leaders on the basis of the teachings of the Marxist/Leninist materialist philosophy.

People of this country have embraced Islam since ancient times, and since the advent of the Communists to this country Muslims faced a lot of difficulties, but that did not distance them from their Deen. With the collapse of the Soviet Union, people breathed a sigh of relief and turned to the serious study of Islam, new mosques and schools were opened and the youth began to learn the Qur'an even in public educational institutions. Even the public streets in the cities took a new character due to the large number of women committed to the Islamic dress, but this did not last long.

With the advent of the Imam Ali Rahman, Muslims' lives became extremely difficult, previous practices returned like tracking of Dawah carriers, arrests, tortures and killings, which has become the norm under the system of the Taghut Imam Ali Rahman. People's standard of living have dropped to below the poverty line, millions have been forced to leave their land to search for a living, and every year thousands of deceased return to Tajikistan from those who went to the remote countries to search for work. The women, children and the elderly who remained in their homes suffered from hunger and the extreme cold.

O Muslims in Tajikistan... Celebrating Constitution Day of the Taghoot is a great sin and error. All our calamities are because we abandoned living according to the rules of our great Deen of Islam. The Islamic ruling system is based on the Islamic creed; Allah Azza Wa Jal is the Legislator, and the ruler is the Khaleefah of Muslims. Allah (swt) says:

(وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَن يُصِيبَهُم بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ)

"And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away - then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient." [Al-Ma'ida: 49]

O Muslims in Tajikistan! Our liberation from the calamities and humiliation in this life and from the painful punishment in the Hereafter is by the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate". Therefore, we in Hizb ut Tahrir invite you to join us and work with us following the method of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saw) to resume the Islamic way of life, by the establishment of an Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood, which will govern us by the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw). And from Allah we seek help.
