The Khilafah Alone will Give the Woman her Full Rights

The war was and still is raging against the Muslim woman and her society, and it has taken many different forms and various means within deliberate calculated sequential steps, with the aim of westernizing the Muslim woman and breaking her protective screen, and violated the security of the Islamic society and buried any attempt for the revival of the Islamic Ummah as a prevention of the return of Islam to life again. This is throughout the Islamic world and Arab world. Among these nations was Palestine, especially with the arrival of the Palestinian Authority, which has spared no effort in the misguiding the woman and misleading her from the path that Allah has drawn for her; and upon coming to this land, it debuted its acts and founded a casino in Jericho, and then spread venues of entertainment and promiscuity, and encouraged mixing between the sexes; and festivals, fashion shows, dance parties and beauty pageants, and then women's soccer matches in open stadiums! And upon executing the orders of the Western donor countries came the altering of the curriculum and reformulating it to produce a generation that believes in secularism and to implement it as a way of life.

And whoever observes the situation in Palestine finds that there are malicious organizations that work to deceive and corrupt the woman; with the complicity of the Palestinian Authority, for they do not leave any area without meddling in it, in the schools and universities, training and development centres, media outlets, social centres and others...

They portray what they call "early marriage" as a crime against the rights of girls, and they propose the idea of "gender" that rejects biological divisions and does not recognize natural differences between the male and female, for each can carry out the role of the other according to their claims, ignoring the saying of the Almighty:

(وَلاَ تَتَمَنَّوْا مَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ لِّلرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٌ مِّمَّا اكْتَسَبُواْ وَلِلنِّسَاء نَصِيبٌ مِّمَّا اكْتَسَبْنَوَاسْأَلُواْ اللَّهَ مِن فَضْلِهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا)

"And do not wish for that by which Allah has made some of you exceed others. For men is a share of what they have earned, and for women is a share of what they have earned. And ask Allah of his bounty. Indeed Allah is ever, of all things, Knowing" [An-Nisa: 32]

In recent years they have begun to demand what they call "woman's right to inheritance", and they have made for it an international day to celebrate it, and that call for her to be equal with the man in inheritance, ignoring the Islamic ruling that the Quran came with, Allah the Almighty said:

(يُوصِيكُمُ اللَّهُ فِي أَوْلادِكُمْ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنثَيَيْنِ فَإِن كُنَّ نِسَاءً فَوْقَ اثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُنَّ ثُلُثَا مَا تَرَكَ وَإِن كَانَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَلَهَا النِّصْفُ)

"Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females. But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of one's estate. And if there is only one, for her is half." [An-Nisa: 11] and Allah the Almighty's saying: (وَمَنْ أَصْدَقُ مِنَ اللَّهِ قِيلاً) "And who is more truthful than Allah in statement."?! [An-Nisa: 122]. Hasbuna Allah wa Nimal-wakeel.

There is a difference between one who trusts in Allah's promise versus the one who trusts the seductions of Satan. This is how the Kafir West, by way of the sons of our skin that are captivated with the West and its degenerate culture and its apparatuses, exported a fierce campaign to make the Muslim woman like the Western woman, so they called for woman's rights as if in Islam she is without rights!!

Even though the western woman is the one who has had her right deprived from her, and is treated on the basis of benefit, and when this benefit is finished, she is tossed aside... so what has happened to you, oh Muslims? For is it true that the western woman has respected rights so that our women should pursue them? Or what is desired is the destruction of the Islamic society by corrupting its women, and therefore corrupting the entire Muslim generation?

The missionary Zwemer said at the Cairo Missionary Summit in 1906: "Christianization is not the only objective of missionary work, but also emptying the heart of the Muslim of its faith, and the shortest way to do that is to attract the Muslim girl in all possible ways, because she is the one who will undertake on our behalf the transformation of the Islamic society, and detach it from the elements of its religion"... and to impose the western Kufr outlook on the Islamic Ummah's culture and legislation, the West adopted the method of imposing international conventions and conferences, like the ominous CEDAW Convention that the Palestinian Authority is proud of and from time to time boasts of its endorsement of its articles, and why not, since it is linked to aid given in exchange for its implementation?! It is one the most perilous convention to westernize the woman and to lose her Islamic identity; as it is based on the principle of complete equality between the man and woman in legislation, politics, societal, education, employment and inheritance, and general and personal freedoms.

Allah the Almighty says: (أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ) "Then is it the judgement of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith]." [Al-Maida: 50]. Indeed, it is the Jahilliya, and a type of rebellion against Allah Almighty and a rejection of His laws, that aims to eliminate woman's chastity and her Islamic and human value; and not, as they claim, to eliminate the discrimination against women, for the thirteenth article includes the request for equality between men and women in family benefits such as inheritance, so the share from the parents' wealth  would be equal for sons and daughters in their inheritance, and the wife claims an equal share of her husband's estate likewise for the husband from his wife's share.  In order to implement this article, the European Union funds projects and programs with more than thirty million euros that are implemented by Palestinian women's associations in partnership with Christian missionary organizations. Indeed it is evil scheming.

 Oh chaste women of Palestine:

Is the European Union protective of you, and thus raises the banner of protecting you and calls for your rights? Did the European Union ever care about their women and provide them with their rights?! Did the study published by the European College of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Neurological and Psychiatric Diseases not expose that one out of seven European women suffer from depression; caused by her failure to find a balance between responsibilities of family and home and the pressures of outside work? On the other hand, isn't the woman's rights protected in Islam? For, she is a mother and a home maker and an honor to be protected, and she is allowed to work, although providing is not her responsibility even if she has sufficient wealth and her husband is poor.

 Dear brothers and sisters, the people of the good land, oh who live in Bait ul Maqdis and the surroundings of Bait ul Maqdis:

We sound the alarm, the chaste Muslim woman is being plotted against during the daytime with the plots conjured  up in the deepest of the dark night with a mirage of slogans, which are imagined by a thirsty person to be water but instead turns out to be saltwater that intensifies thirst. It is the duty of every person who hears this becomes witness to it, is to exert strong effort to thwart off these plots.  We call upon you to prepare yourselves, fasten your belts, launch forward with your Islam, Aqeedah and way of life, before the West casts you to the depths of the abyss in this life and the Hereafter, Allah forbid.  Join the sincere workers of the Prophet Muhammad (saw)'s Ummah to expose the falsehood of the lying peddlers of deception; through the intellectual and political struggle. Prophet Mohammed (saw) said:وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، لَتَأْمُرُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ، وَلَتَنْهَوُنَّ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ، وَلَتَأْخُذُنَّ عَلَى يَدِ الظَّالِمِ، وَلَتَأْطرُنَّهُ عَلَى الْحَقِّ أَطْرًا، أَوْ لَيَضْرِبَنَّ اللَّهُ قُلُوبَ بَعْضِكُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ، وَلَيَلْعَنَنَّكُمْ كَمَا لَعَنَهُمْ "By the one in whose Hand lies my soul, you must enjoin the good and forbid the evil, and you must prevent the oppressor and force him upon the truth, or else Allah will hit your hearts amongst yourselves, and curse you as He cursed those before you."
