A Movement in Order to Change the Regime or Change its Head?
Egypt's Crisis is in the Regime that Rules it, Not Just its Head
(Translated)

The crises that Egypt suffers from are neither new nor the result of a coincidence. Rather, they are an accumulation of crises, some of them dragging on others, caused by capitalism that ruled Egypt for decades, and its tools, the traitors and agents. With the exacerbation of the crises caused by the system, either with its existence in the first place and the invalid laws and legislation it enacts or the decisions of its enforcers, which wastes what is left of the people’s wealth and devours their income and effort, and its inability to find any solutions to extricate the country from its crises. Rather, all its solutions have become burdening the people with more burdens and crises, until the patience of those who remained of the people of Egypt ran out of patience with the afflictions of this system.

Hence the calls for a new and continuous movement #انزل_11_11_حرر_بلدك[Come out on 11/11 Free Your Country], making blood flow in the veins of the revolution that gives life to the streets of Egypt and removes the ashes from above the coals of its youth, whose back was ignited with infection by the regime's tyranny and oppression. How does this movement succeed and when? And what really liberates Egypt? And what does any movement need to be successful?

First: We must understand that our problem is not with the rule of Sisi personally, despite everything in it, and we are not concerned with his being a military and not a civilian. The problem is the system by which Sisi rules and which Abdel Nasser ruled by before him, then Sadat and Mubarak, passing through Morsi. Failure followed by failure and crises, some of which drag on others, so any solution that includes the survival of the regime itself while changing its head as happened in the past is to circumvent the revolution and steal the demands of the movement and a return to before the zero point, just as happened with the movement of January 2011, that is why the entire system must be uprooted. With all its tools and symbols.

Second: The one who supports this regime and all the puppet regimes that rule our country is the kafir colonial West, so that they do not leave the bondage of subordination and dependency and so that its looting of its wealth and the impoverishment of its people does not stop. That is why the subordination of the West in all its shapes and forms and everything that leads to it should be expelled and everyone who represents it among us, should be expelled.

Third: Any revolution or movement that does not carry an alternative project to the democratic capitalism that governs our country and is not led by men who are aware of the alternative project and how to bring it to power and put it into practice, it is a movement that is doomed to failure from its inception, and its enemies will reap its fruits. We have tried and seen how the puppet regime to America have returned in a harsher and uglier way, even some simple people have lamented on the days of the criminal Mubarak!

The only way for any revolution to succeed in Muslim countries is by it carrying the project of the Ummah, the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, and its support by the people of power and protection, the loyal ones among the sons of the Ummah in the armies. Anything less, will be going around in a vicious circle, and dedicating the country’s dependence on the colonial West and survival under its subordination. This project is the one that Hizb ut Tahrir carries and calls upon the people of the Ummah to carry it and embrace it and seek victory for it from the sincere in the armies to put it into practice completely, comprehensively and undiminished, and its idea has become a public opinion in the Ummah that loves its Deen and desires to live under its shade.

O Sincere Ones in the Army of Al-Kinana: You are responsible before Allah (swt) for all the crimes of this regime. It only became audacious against Allah, His Deen and slaves when it was safe from your side, by the salaries, grants, and privileges that it blinds your eyes by, which are in fact bribery, so that it uses you to attack your people and enable the West to take advantage of their wealth. And you have seen what your people are suffering in Egypt, and the hardships they are in, so be the way of their salvation and help them and support your Deen and side with your Ummah. Hizb ut Tahrir puts this project in your hands while you are on the threshold of a new revolutionary wave, so that it will be the alternative that achieves people’s aspirations and addresses all their problems with a real solution, not an illusion and a mirage like what capitalism sells you. So, carry it, support it because you are its people and have more right to carry it. Let it be your demand that you do not divert from. By this you get your Lord’s pleasure, and in it is the salvation of Egypt and the Ummah from the clutches of the West, its tools and its rotten system. So let it be your goal, perhaps Allah (swt) will fulfill His promise by you, so that the second Khilafah Rashidah will be established by your hands, so you will win a great victory.

[وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهَاجَرُواْ وَجَاهَدُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آوَواْ وَّنَصَرُواْ أُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَقًّا لَّهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ]
