The Treacherous Agreement Protects the Jewish Entity and Makes the Egyptian Army a Partner in its Crimes, Shedding the Blood of the Soldiers of Kinanah
(Translated)

An Egyptian soldier was killed in an exchange of gunfire between ‘Israeli’ and Egyptian soldiers at the Rafah crossing on Monday, as confirmed by the ‘Israeli’ Broadcasting Corporation. (Sky News Arabia, 27/5/2024).

The crimes of the Jews have not ended and will never end as long as they have an entity and presence on our Blessed Land. They are an entity placed to be a dagger in the side of our Ummah, degrading its dignity, humiliating its honor, and sullying its pride in the mire of their baseness. As we have repeatedly said, they are an advanced Western base that distracts from the fact that the West is the primary enemy of the Ummah, protects its interests, divides the Ummah, and prevents the establishment of a state that unites it under the Rayah (banner) of Islam.

This killing of soldiers from the army of Kinanah by the usurping entity is not the first and will not be the last. The Egyptian side only announces it after the Jews’ announcement, and the regime tries to cover and conceal these crimes to control the suppressed anger within the army, let alone the simmering anger among the people. The Jews persist in their tyranny, knowing that the regime's strings are all in the hands of America, which supports them and their monstrous entity. They know that the regime has been entrusted with their protection and will not dare to do otherwise, even if it means killing and arresting the outraged itself.

This humiliation we witness would not have occurred if the Army of Kinanah had moved with the first assault on our people in Palestine and responded to the Jews with the strength of Harun al-Rashid, the anger of al-Mu'tasim, and a zeal for Allah like that of Qutuz, declaring to the Jews that there is no place for them on our land and no life for them among us. We stand for Islam, its land, and its sanctities. We protect the haven of this Deen, defend this Ummah, its Deen, and the oppressed, mobilize our peers, and march with them to uproot the monstrous entity and all that protects it, starting with the thrones of our rulers, which have been corroded by decay.

OSoldiers of Kinanah: Your silence on the crimes of the Jews has lasted long enough, and now their hands have reached you. What will you do now? How long will your loyalty remain to the disgraceful and treacherous agreement that shackles you, protects the Jewish entity, and enables it to dominate your brothers’ necks in the Blessed Land, and your necks too? It is your duty to support them and eliminate those who oppress them. How have you accepted this position of abandonment for yourselves!?

The treacherous agreement that binds you has no legitimacy, and you must neither accept it nor respect it or fulfil its betrayals to Allah, His Messenger, and His Deen. Instead, you must renounce it, reject it, and those who signed it and abide by it or acknowledge its contents to this day, then know that you are partners with the Jews in their crimes against your Ummah and the killing of your brothers. You will be included in Allah's anger, wrath, and punishment. So, choose for yourselves now, for this matter is serious, not trivial.

O Soldiers of Kinanah, O Best of Soldiers: The goodness that the Messenger of Allah (saw) spoke of requires you to be the Ummah’s protectors, to wage war against its enemies, not to intimidate your own Ummah while ensuring the safety of Allah's enemy and its enemy. Your concern should not be to preserve regimes that rule on behalf of the West, protect its interests, and keep the Ummah subjugated, with its wealth and resources plundered. Is this not what is happening now before your eyes and under your care? Is this not the regime that makes peace with the Jews, besieges, and subjugates the people of the Blessed Land and even the people of Kinanah? Is this not the regime that wastes the blood of the soldiers of Kinanah after turning them into guards for the Jews and harnessing all of Egypt’s resources for their service and care? How can you, by your Lord, endure such a regime? How can you accept such humiliation and disgrace for yourselves? How can you claim to deserve goodness under this regime that rules by Western capitalism, looks after its interests, and safeguards its illegitimate entity? Whoever does this or accepts it has no goodness in them.

Reject this regime as you would discard a date pit, sever all ties with it, and connect your bonds with your sincere brothers in Hizb ut Tahrir, who have tirelessly advised and called you to the goodness of this world and the Hereafter. Support the true Islamic project with sincere support, implementing its rulings in a state where even the trees, stones, and birds of the sky will thrive under its shade: a Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood. And know that Allah will then be your Supporter and Helper, and He will not let your deeds go unrewarded.

[وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ * الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ]

“And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might. (40) [And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters.” [Al-Hajj:40-41].
