Press Release
Egypt Today: "Full Stop... Start a New Line"
(Translated)

In an outrageous scene, the Criminal Court in Cairo on Saturday, 29/11/2014 CE have passed a verdict acquitting the former President Hosni Mubarak and his two sons, A'laa and Jamal Mubarak, and the fugitive businessman Hussain Salim, and the former Interior Minister Habib Al-Adly and six of his top aides, of all the accusations made against them. The court based the reasons for its verdict on the inadmissibility of the trial of the former president in accusing him jointly with his interior minister, Habib Al-Adly, in the killing of demonstrators opposing his rule, due to a previous issuance of an implicit command that there is no ground to file a criminal lawsuit against him. The court acquitted Mubarak and the fugitive businessman, Hussain Salim, from the corruption case related to the exporting of gas to "Israel", under the pretext of the expiration of the lawsuit, it also acquitted Mubarak and his two sons A'laa and Jamal in a third case involving acceptance of gifts and abuse of power. It is known to everyone that the Interior Ministry has corrupted the evidences of conviction, and has been proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the state agencies did not cooperate with the public prosecutor to obtain conclusive evidence. As an example, the General Intelligence posted to the Public Prosecution empty tape recordings devoid of any evidence, and notified the prosecution that the other tapes related to the first days of February 2011 were ''recorded over''. Similarly, the police force has destroyed important forensic identification related to the issue of the killing of demonstrators, which is a compact disc that contained the recordings of incoming and outgoing phone calls made from the operations rooms in the Central Security headquarters. The prosecution filed a criminal lawsuit against the officer responsible for the destruction of this evidence and the court sentenced him to two years imprisonment.

What is strange is that the current regime has condemned thousands of political opponents on the basis of flimsy evidence, and very swiftly, but at the same time has acquitted Mubarak and Al-Adly and his six aides from the responsibility of the killing of demonstrators, and convicted only a few policemen of killing the demonstrators, and even fewer of them received suspended sentences or too lenient punishments. The rest were acquitted, and only two served sentences. And we found ourselves in front of another comedy scene where we see the killing of protesters outside the prison, while inside it reside thousands of demonstrators!

Mubarak will not be released, he is already serving a prison sentence of three years in what is known as the "presidential palaces" case in which he was convicted of squandering public money.  The issue is not the release of Mubarak or not, but the issue is and must be realized by the revolutionaries which we have said repeatedly is that the regime did not fall on January 25, nor in any of the days that followed, but only the head of the regime was removed. And what we must all realize is that change is one way which was drawn to us by the Messenger of Allah (saw), refusing to take the incomplete power, or participating in a corrupt system contrary to Islam, as did the Muslim Brotherhood, but to have patience till the Nussrah is achieved, and working diligently in the Ummah to create public opinion which stems from a general awareness on the necessity of the full implementation of Allah's Laws in the righteously guided Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood, and this is through intellectual struggle and presenting the strong ideas of Islam to challenge and defeat the Kufr thoughts, and by the political struggle and exposing the plans and conspiracies against Islam and Muslims, and not by compromise and appeasement of tyrants and agents of the Kaffir West in our countries from the politicians, journalists and the so called thinkers. In this way, the public opinion for the Khilafah "Caliphate" and Shariah will be generated, then the sincere people of Nussrah in the army will side with it, truly they are the one with real power. The Khilafah "Caliphate" State alone when we establish it, by the will of Allah, will eliminate this corrupt system that made people taste fear and hunger for decades, and ruled with other than what Allah has revealed and it dominated and oppressed and surrendered the country and the people to the Ummah's enemies from the Kafir Western countries, especially America the fiercest enemy of the Ummah.

May be the scene in Egypt today is one of "Full Stop...Start a New Line", as if we have not carried out a revolution, and Mubarak and Al-Adly and his entourage did not carry out injustices against the right of Allah and the people. The media may focus on the overwhelming joy that erupted in the court in hysterical celebration after the announcement of the verdict, as if those who were behind the cage were brave champions who rescued Egypt and its people, but we cannot overlook the other side of which is a gift, which was launched in Abdul Mon'im Riadh Square against this judgment. Perhaps it is a gift that will bring back things again to the first line, so that we start a new revolutionary movement on the basis of Islam, that restores Egypt to its origin the Kenanah of Allah on His land, and the rock that crushed the ambitions of the Kuffar colonizers.

We say to all who were surprised by the verdict, and went out to the squares in objection to it, that the rules of the civil law currently enforced in Egypt are inadequate and incapable of the administration of justice among us. They were placed by a limited, incapable and needy man, while the honorable rules of Shariah remove the injustice from the oppressed, and punishes the corrupting oppressors, because it is from Al Aleem Al Khabeer (All Knowing, the Expert); He (swt) Who do not oppress the people, but the people oppress themselves.  We should have not  accepted to be ruled by other than what Allah has revealed, and tolerate those who brushed the Book of Allah aside and replace it with an un-Islamic system that separates religion from life and the state, and the day that we revolted against it, we did not revolt because it is ruling by other than Allah's Shariah but for its corruption and oppression, and so we kept the regime and the corrupt manmade law that tried Mubarak on its basis, and paved the way for his acquittal like the innocence of the wolf from the blood of the son of Ya'qoub (as).

We invite you O Muslims in Egypt the Kenanah: To renounce this manmade law and the manmade rotten republic system, and that you work to change the situation radically and comprehensively by restoring the rule by what Allah has revealed, and establish the righteously guided Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the method of Prophethood which will establish justice between us and punish the oppressors, that will bring the glory to Islam and Muslims and all people - Muslims and Copts - living tranquilly under the fold of Islam.

[أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ]

"Then is it the judgement of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith]" [Al-Ma'idah: 50]
