The Regime Stabs the Ummah Once Again and Endorsed the "Income Tax"
In Compliance to the IMF and in Submission to its Colonial Policies
(Translated)

The Ummah did not imagine that the regime in Jordan will fall short of passing the amended bill on income tax through its tools and lackeys of the government, parliament and those praising its bestowals. So for the sake of passing the law, there is no harm in overthrowing the government and bringing a new one. It also does not fail to mobilize the right number of deputies to approve this law by encouragement and bribery, and it does not mind with doing some cosmetic touches to the ugly face of the law with some amendments to the exemptions in order to preserve the reputation of the deputies. All this is done as obedience and lackey to the International Monetary Fund, the Kufr colonial tool, not for the improvement of the economic situation in the country, but in order to allow it to increase the debt level to pay the growing deficit which is causing the Ummah to whimper out of its pressure, without there being a glimmer of hope to curb its increase.

The crises experienced by the people of Jordan, whether economic, political, security, administrative or service, which are getting worse day by day, because of the application of the secular Constitution and laws in which the reluctance to rule by what Allah has revealed, disobedience to Allah Almighty, separation of religion from life, and licensing the institutions and organiziations that fight the Deen of Allah by word and action and the immorality and obscenity that anger Allah (swt) and the Ummah, all of this would not have occurred had the regime not submitted and been a subordinate to the Kafir West in humiliation, who is still colonizing the country through these rulers who were appointed by the West to serve their agendas of plundering the wealth of the Ummah and preventing the resumption of Islamic way of life, and joining them with the war on Islam under the names of “terrorism”, hatred and “extremism”.

O Muslims:

You have protested to drop the income tax law and the government that submitted it to the House of Representatives. The government has fallen and the law has been passed through another government, which also plans to pass the unjust Electronic Crimes law, and the regime continues to exercise its role in excluding Islam and its provisions from its application. Ignoring your cries and woes and allying against you with your enemies, subordinating to them and bowing to their demands, which led to burying the vast wealth of Jordan underground, growth in corruption, deterioration in economic growth, and you have been robbed of the real radical change you are looking for...

O People of Jordan, O People of Struggle:

Allah (swt) says in the Qur’an:

( فَلْيَحْذَرِ الَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ)

“then let those beware who withstand the Messenger's order, lest some trial befall them, or a grievous penalty be inflicted on them.” [An-Nur: 63]

Thus, we in Hizb ut Tahrir have promised you by Allah to be the pioneer who does not forsake its people, sincerely and strongly call upon you to direct your words, actions and movements to Allah and His Messenger, out of your Islamic identity, and so work with us for the real change by establishing the Righteous Khilafah State on the method of Prophethood, and hold the regime accountable on the basis of Islam, so that we return as a part of this righteous Ummah, whose goodness was in its continued enjoining of Ma’rouf (goodness) and forbidding the Munkar (evil).

(وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللهِ حُكْماً لِقَوْمٍ يُوْقِنُونَ) “But for people who have inner certainty, who could be a better law-giver than Allah?” [Al-Ma’ida: 50]
