The Draft Child Rights Law in the Jordanian House of Representatives is a Form of War Against Islam and Must Be Rejected

It is not disputed that the Child Rights Law imported from UNICEF, one of the international organizations of the United Nations, is a law that has nothing to do with children’s rights in Islam, and it is a form of war against Islam like its precedents of human rights laws and CEDAW related to women, through which the West is trying to establish the values ​​of rotten capitalism, that are in violation of human nature, and the corrupt freedoms and their destructive manifestations seen in Western societies of: family disintegration, moral decay, homosexuality, suicide, and loss of lineage, to the extent that 50% of children in Western societies are children out of wedlock!

The controversy that exists in and outside the House of Representatives is one of the actors that want to pass this law at any cost because it is the “directions of higher authorities,” in a reference from the Speaker of Parliament to the House of Representatives. Working under exposed and embarrassing names are the Legal Committee of the House of Representatives, Women and Family Affairs, the Minister of Justice and some Shariah judges participated in it. They are hiding behind the phrase “that the discussion and its goal are driven by the compass of the supreme national interest and the interest of society,” according to the head of the Legal Committee, insisting on the so-called improvement of the law and the removal of articles that contradict Islamic Shariah, whether related to changing the Deen or the legal age for marriage, and conflict with the Personal Status Law, or the freedom of a child’s expression of opinion, and forbidding girls under the age of eighteen from marrying. They are all fraudulent justifications in a miserable and misleading attempt to pass the law at any cost, by amending some of its articles and beautifying others, as it is totally rejected because it is imported from the kaffir and corrupt capitalism’s belief and values.

The rights of the child are preserved by Islam through the comprehensiveness of its rules, its justice and its matching with the human nature which gives tranquility and mental conviction, which creates outstanding Islamic personalities in all areas of life through family discipline. The family has a pivotal role that cannot be neglected or underestimated. The Prophet (saw) said: «كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ»“You are all guardians and responsible for your subjects.” And he (saw) said: «كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ إِثْماً أَنْ يُضَيِّعَ مَنْ يَعُولُ»“It is enough for a person to be considered sinful, that he neglects those whom he is responsible to sustain.” [Reported by an-Nasa'i].

Islam focused on protecting children and views them as the adornment of the worldly life. It guaranteed the child many and various rights, starting with the established and documented lineage; i.e. by making marriage the only legitimate way to have children. It took care of his custody and his natural breastfeeding, so it ensured that he would live under the care of his parents to take care of him healthily, psychologically and educationally, and he is guaranteed the right to medical treatment and health care in the event of his illness, and not to be neglect him until he was cured. Islam equated between all children, it rejects the distinction between male and female, and enjoined the child’s education and culturing, and this is a main right of children in Islam and the duty of parents to be concerned with educating their children and training them in all that will benefit them in matters of the Deen and this world and raising generations to be future leaders and statesmen. Raising the child on the Islamic creed is a right that characterizes Islamic Shariah law.

So why impose the tyrannical international child law? Why is there a desperate defense of its inclusion in the man-made constitution and the approval of the deputies of it?! When Islam, with its divine rules, has guaranteed optimal care for the child in Islam.

[أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ]

“Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?” [Al-Mulk: 14]?! The answer is clear and it is twofold, the first is; the rulings of Islam are not applied in any country in the world so that we can enjoy justice and mercy, not only for children but for the whole Ummah, since the exclusion of Islam from the battlefield of life by demolishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) state more than a century ago. As for the second reason, it is the puppet regimes that work to achieve the interests of the kaffir colonial West in its war on Islam, and undermining the remaining rules of Islam related to personal status, women and children in an attempt to strike the family and Islamic upbringing, which is what deputies, ministers, secular writers and scholars of the sultans (rulers) are used for; to impose its satanic laws and beautify its ugliness in the eyes of people.

It is their wishful thinking, because the Islamic creed is still deeply embedded in the souls of the Ummah, and it is as a whole, rejects these kufr international laws. It is aware of the conspiracy of these corrupt helpers of the oppressors, with the sweetness of words of their blatant justifications. It will record in its memory those who agree to pass these laws and betray Allah (swt) and His Deen for the sake of an insignificant worldly pleasures. So, be the supporters of Allah (swt) and stand with your Ummah that you claim to represent, for it is with the rejection of the corrupt child law altogether.

As for the radical solution that will see the light soon, Allah willing, it is the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) State on the method of the Prophethood, the Ummah’s revival project that will put an end to all the laws of kufr that were passed against its will, and for the kaffir capitalist countries that work to impose their rotten and corrupt values instead of the rules of Islam, which feel the imminence of their establishment and therefore rages its war on Islam. Therefore we invite you for the work to establish the Khilafah, O Muslims.

Allah (swt) says:

[أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ مِن قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَن يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَن يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالاً بَعِيداً]

“Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray” [An-Nisa: 60].
