O rulers, you are not of us, and we are not of you. Those who have aligned themselves with the Jews and the Christians, you are indeed among them
(Translated)

Our address today to you, O Muslims; O people, O people in the lands of the Muslims, in the neighboring countries of the Blessed Land, Palestine, where imposed borders by the kufar colonizer, and in the closest lands to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, our address is the address of the leader who does not deceive to his people. There is nothing hidden from you anymore, and you no longer see what we do not show you. One hundred days of the extermination of the people of Gaza, tens of thousands of shuhada’a (martyrs) and wounded, and widespread destruction that humanity has never witnessed the like of. Thanks to Allah, the groups of mujahideen, with few in number and resources, continue to strike fear into the hearts of the Jews and their war machines, inflicting death, destruction, and defeat. Children alive are now pleading with a Muslim soldier in a watchtower on the cursed borders to provide them with a piece of food to silence their hunger. Women are calling upon the generous people for a covering to protect them from the cold and water to cleanse themselves, but they find no one to answer! Imagine thousands of images of the tragedies of war in Gaza, and the hearts of your rulers are indifferent. They are not of us, and we are not of them. Their hearts are harder than stones,

[ثُمَّ قَسَتْ قُلُوبُكُم مِّن بَعْدِ ذلِكَ فَهِيَ كَالْحِجَارَةِ أَوْ أَشَدُّ قَسْوَةً] “Then your hearts became hardened after that, being like stones or even harder.” [Al-Baqara:74].

What the Islamic Ummah is witnessing today, in all its various factions, over the past one hundred days, leaves no room for doubt or denial. The following is confirmed beyond any shadow of a doubt:

1- The rulers of the Muslims, without exception, are traitors to their people, serving as agents and collaborators for the kufar colonialists in the Western Kafir nations such as America, Britain, and Europe. All of them are illegitimate according to their false constitutions, and according to the Sharia of Allah, obedience to them is not obligatory.

2- Anyone who advocates for the two-state solution, meaning those who seek recognition of a Jewish entity on the land of Palestine, whether they are rulers or individuals within political, military, or security circles, is a traitor to Allah, relinquishing the lands of the Muslims to the fiercest enemies of the believers.

3- The resolution of the Palestine issue, meaning its liberation, can only be achieved by mobilizing the strong forces, including armies, security forces, and all those capable of bearing arms to fight the Jews and expel them from all of Palestine. People in neighboring countries like Jordan and Egypt are now fully convinced that this is possible and easily achievable with our forces, even part of it, especially considering the perceived weakness of the cowardly Jewish forces, who are only fit for combat when behind fortifications and protected by a human shield. Failing to secure the frontlines protected by the rulers of neighboring countries and thus allowing the Jewish entity to focus on fighting the people of Gaza is nothing but negligence and betrayal of all the people of Palestine, including the shedding of blood in the West Bank.

4- Anyone who claims that the solution is not military or security-oriented but rather political is deceptive and misleading. They aim to implement an international legitimacy that seeks to empower the Jews. The longevity of these rulers in their positions is based on their compliance with their Western masters and their commitment to submissive solutions. This claim is a deceitful lie because the Jews have rejected peaceful solutions since their treacherous treaties with them, which have lasted for three decades, despite the concessions made, which are a source of shame.

5- It is not permissible nor obligatory to resort to what is called international law, international legitimacy, or the international community. All of them are creations of the colonialist kuffar in the West. They all turn a blind eye to the crimes of the Jews, including genocide, displacement, and the bombing of hospitals and civilians. They seek to empower and sustain the Jewish entity, which is not desired by the majority of Muslims worldwide in adherence to legitimate rulings. This is also not desired by even those societies suffering from the brutality of capitalism and the American machinery of destruction.

6- What the rulers of Egypt and Jordan, as well as their politicians, declare about the danger of displacement from Gaza and the separation of the West Bank from Gaza, and their condemnation of Jewish leaders' statements that Jordan is Palestine, and their calls for voluntary rather than forced displacement, are mere empty words that do not deceive the people. The Jews have crossed all red lines, and it would be more fitting for those who fear displacement and have the slightest loyalty to Jordan and Egypt to take the initiative to fight the Jews and repel them if they were sincere.

7- The utmost these weak rulers advocate for is addressing the international community to cease fire in Gaza and warning against the expansion of the conflict, fearing the repercussions on their regimes rather than out of concern for the people of Gaza and Palestine. What remains after three months of destruction? The nation desires to expand the scope of the battle and does not seek a ceasefire. Instead, it awaits an opportunity, as long as the war persists, for the cries of the free and the children in Palestine and Gaza to reach the ears of the brave and strong people in the vicinity to support them, in compliance with the saying of Almighty Allah:

[وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ]“And if they seek help of you for the religion, then you must help,” [Al-Anfal:72].

8- Addressing the people without actively calling for the mobilization of armies to fight the Jews, by national gatherings such as canceling agreements with the enemy in Palestine, remains limited in terms of engaging the Jordanian street and directing it towards salvation from the manipulation of the Jewish entity and America, which exploits Jordan to protect the Jewish entity and extend American colonial influence through the terms of the Mutual Defense Agreement. America is the greatest enemy and is not a friend or ally but a conspirator with the regime. Its influence, along with that of Britain, France, Germany, and their military bases, must be excluded from Jordan. The discourse should not be based on a national foundation that divides rather than unifies. The Islamic Ummah has united in its sentiments and demands, and it is interconnected in its beliefs.

9- The time has come for Muslims to take a decisive stand and speak their truth with authority. Enough of humiliation, disgrace, and pleading to the nations of kufr to address our issues and solve our problems according to their whims and desires. The two-state solution that America desires is nothing but a compromise on Palestine, solidifying its occupation. It is incumbent upon scholars, preachers, thinkers, influencers, and intellectuals to take a faithful and honourable stance. They should mobilize all segments of society to support the Deen of Allah, challenge injustice and oppressors, relying solely on Allah and being confident that sustenance and victory come from Him Alone, and that life and death are in His hands Alone. With this faith, Gaza stood firm for three months against the alliance of the Zionist entity and the forces of kuffar and tyranny in the world.

10- With such faith, we can stand against oppressive rulers, mobilize to call upon the armies, and overcome all obstacles in their path. Victory will be for their Deen and their Ummah. Let the scholars move with faith and certainty, and let them rally political parties, unions, intellectuals, and thinkers in a vigorous movement to support Gaza and uphold the Deen of Allah. It is either victory or Shahadah, and our Ummah possesses the numbers, resources, and equipment that leave no room for any enemy. Moreover, Hasbna Allah Azz w Jal,

[أَلَيْسَ اللهُ بِكَافٍ عَبْدَهُ وَيُخَوِّفُونَكَ بِالَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِ]

“Is not Allah sufficient for His Servant [Prophet Muhammad]? And [yet], they threaten you with those [they worship] other than Him.” [Az-Zumar:36].

The time has come for the Ummah to rise for its Deen and the support Allah. It is time for it to speak its word against its oppressive rulers, those who empowered the Jews and the military colonial influence of the West. They plundered the lands and prevented our armies from supporting their oppressed brethren in Gaza, Palestine, and all Muslim countries. It is high time for the armies to obey Allah Azz w Jal without obeying their rulers. Know that there is no solution to the Palestinian issue except by liberating it from the river to the sea. It is sacred land owned by Muslims and must return to them. There is no place for any usurper or occupier. Break the colonial borders and the guardianship of the West that has made Muslims scattered, strangers to their brethren, unable to help or support them! The time has come for the return of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, which will achieve victories and reclaim its rightful place at the forefront of nations, thus restoring its virtues as described by Allah.

[كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللهِ]

“You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah” [Aal-i-Imran:110].

[وَاللهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ، وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]

“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know.” [Yusuf:21].
