Hizb ut Tahrir is the One That is Working Rightly to Establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) So Stop Thwarting Its Call and Arresting Its Members

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La Ilaha Illallah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa lillahi Al-Hamd

Since its inception as a political party based on Islam in 1953, Hizb ut Tahrir has worked to resume the Islamic way of Islamic life by establishing the Islamic state, which its first state was established by the Prophet Muhammad (saw) in Medina. While it follows the Prophet's (saw) method of establishing this state, it does not engage in any physical action or so-called violence in doing so.

It has outlined its method to work with the Ummah through dozens of books and leaflets, educating it about its Deen, through direct contact with its members, and about the obligation to work for its revival and return to its historical position, glory, and dignity at the forefront of nations through its pioneering project; to restore Islam to power through the return of the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly-Guided Caliphate) and the restoration of its usurped authority from its agent rulers and their secular regimes aligned with the kafir colonialist West.

On its way to achieving its clear and evident goals, it does not flatter or favour any system or reality that is based on the exclusion of Islam from the arena of life. It does not work within the corrupt reality or from it. It does not participate in ruling with these systems. Rather, it works to change the reality from its roots in order to replace it with Islam as a system of government. It possesses a deep intellectual vision that views the Islamic creed as a political doctrine and that sovereignty belongs to Allah. It has political maturity and awareness of the conspiracy of its enemies and has constantly worked to expose it to the Ummah in order to stand in its face and change its course as much as possible.

It is the one that has exposed the conspiracy of the rulers in Jordan to hand over the West Bank in a mock war with the Jews in June 1967 months before it happened, in order to normalize relations with them. This is what the foolish regimes have been working for, for decades, through their countries and the consecration of what is called nationalism and illusory independence, until they reached the point of standing with the Jewish entity in the war of genocide against the people of Gaza. They are desensitized to the scenes of the massacres of the starving people committed by the cowardly Jewish entity.

Since the inception of Hizb ut Tahrir, oppressive security forces in Jordan are obstructing the path of Allah and declaring war on Islam by suppressing, arresting and harassing the party’s members, despite knowing that it is a political party, on charges of calling for Islam and saying “our Lord is Allah” and then adhering to this method. They are provoking the Ummah with these arrests instead of covering up their shame and disgrace by standing alongside the kaffir American colonialist Trump, who is working to liquidate the Palestinian cause and whose arrogance has made tongues silent. The oppressive authorities in Jordan, during these virtuous days of Dhul-Hijjah, arrested the two brothers, Musa Abu Arqoub and Muhammad Najm Abu Arqoub, from the members of Hizb ut Tahrir, last Friday, after the security forces cunningly lured Najm under the pretext of saving his brother from an accident.

The rulers of Jordan and the rulers of Muslims have been exposed for their support of the enemies of the Ummah. They are all one and the same; they usurped the authority of the Ummah, ruled it by kufr (disbelief), and forced it to be distracted by entertainment and its trivial industries, such as independence celebrations and football matches, instead of reviving the rituals of glorifying and praising Allah and mobilizing armies to fight the Jewish entity. They humiliated and impoverished their people, making them live in hardship, poverty, unemployment, and debt, while trillions of their money go to the head of disbelief, Trump, with the stroke of a pen.

Hizb ut Tahrir, while working to resume Islamic way of life according to the Shar’i method, is aware of the oppression, resistance, and arrests it will encounter. It is also aware of the deceitfulness of the rulers, their masters, and their intelligence agencies. Such oppressive arrests will not harm it, for the Khilafah (Caliphate) for which it works is the true Khilafah, undistorted and unquestionable, and based on loyalty to Muslims and hostility to the disbelievers. That is, the state that truly upholds the Word of Allah and applies Islam in a true manner that ends Western influence in Muslim lands and prevents it from returning back into the Ummah. This is the state that will embody Muslim unity, provide good care, and restore the Ummah's dignity and pride. This is the state that humiliates disbelief and its supporters, honours Islam and its people, and responds to the call to support the people of Gaza and all Muslims. The party wants the Ummah to know that it has prepared a constitution ready for implementation in all areas of life, its articles derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah, and that the state the party is preparing to establish has been fully prepared for in details.

[وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَاناً وَإِثْماً مُّبِيناً]

“As for those who abuse believing men and women unjustifiably, they will definitely bear the guilt of slander and blatant sin” [Al-Ahzab: 58]
