Several newspaper reporters and local and international news agencies and the lawyer representing the detainees from Hizb ut Tahrir, Mr. Musa Al-Abdallat have accepted the invitation of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir/Wilayah of Jordan to attend an Iftar which was followed by a discussion meeting; in which the Head of the Media office and the Head of the Political Office have answered the questions of the reporters regarding the aggression of the Jewish entity on the Muslims in Gaza and on the position of the Hizb regarding it; and on the position of the Hizb regarding the announcement of the Khilafah "Caliphate" by ISIS, and on the ability of Hizb ut Tahrir to request a license from the Jordanian government and on the reasons for arrests among the ranks of the Hizb recently.

The Hizb has explained that what Muslims are subjected to in Gaza is the result of the official complicity and cowardice of the existing regimes in the Islamic world, stressing that Muslims must move to force the armies to support the Muslims by Jihad not only in Gaza but also in Ash-Sham and Iraq and everywhere and get rid of the regimes that come in between them and supporting Islam and the Muslims, to establish the real Khilafah "Caliphate" state on their ruins, which will truly look after the affairs of the Muslims and non-Muslims citizens.

Explaining that the announcement of the Khilafah "Caliphate" by ISIS is mere none sense and does not change the reality of ISIS being a military organization. And explained the Shariah method specified by Islam to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" state, which was not followed by ISIS. And explained the conditions that must exist in the areas where the people want to give allegiance to the Khaleefah, which in this case none of them were met.

It also stressed that the Hizb will not be deterred by the arrests, harassment or repression carried out by the regime in Jordan and other regimes from continuing its work to resume the Islamic way of life in the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, and what bothers the regime in Jordan which is known as a system of tax collection and does not care for the Muslims - its fate is to fall -, and what bothers the regime is that Hizb ut Tahrir holds a project viable for implementation which emanates from the Ummah's belief carried by men who are not afraid except from Allah (swt). They pledged to guard Islam and exert their efforts to restore the rule of Islam, and that this project, the Khilafah "Caliphate" State, became the focus of the Ummah.

Indicating that the Hizb cannot request the license on the basis of the law of parties that will force it to compromise any Shariah rule,
And stressed that one whose main concern is to bring radical change by overthrowing the Kufr regimes and to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" is not hampered or distracted by receiving a license or not.
