The Authority in Lebanon is Concerned with the Ending of the Strike Rather than the Ending of the Oppression
(Translated)

The Authorities sent a delegation from the Fatwa House as a representative for the Interior Minister to meet with the striking young men who are unjustly imprisoned in the jails (“Guantanamo Lebanon”), to negotiate with them and to try to convince them to end the strike! Instead of the authorities, and especially the group that claims to represent the Muslims, back their case and remove injustice from them – rather, they made the ending of the strike the primary negotiation point!

Day by day, the Authority and those who claim to represent the Muslims are demonstrating that they are as far as possible from the Muslims’ affairs and that they are instruments used by the Muslims’ enemies instead of being a help for their Ummah!

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Lebanon demands of the Lebanese authority to release all the people who are jailed unjustly, and to stop working by what is called “connection documentation” which is not approved by any Deen nor law nor constitution!
