As Part of Hizb ut Tahrir's Global Campaign, Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon Organized Three Mass Rallies in Support of Gaza

Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon organized three massive public events on Friday, October 27, 2023, in Tripoli, Sidon, and the Bekaa, under the title "Support for Gaza, Defending the Armies of the Ummah, and the Call for Breaking Boundaries and Declaring Jihad."

In Tripoli, a congregational Juma’ prayer and a massive rally were held in support of Gaza, defending the armies of the Ummah, and calling for the declaration of Jihad for the liberation of Palestine. This took place in Al-Nour Square.

The crowds were addressed by a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, Mr. Ahmad Al-Qassas, who emphasized the following key points in his speech:

- Debunking the myth of the invincible entity by the heroes of Tawfan Al-Aqsa (Operation Al-Aqsa Flood) and proving it to be a cardboard entity.

- Highlighted that the Jewish entity only survived under the protection of Muslim rulers, not by its own strength.

- Drew parallels between the conditions of the Crusader invasion and the fall of Palestine, emphasizing the need for unity and the establishment of a jihadist state to organize the ranks of the Mujahideen.

- Stressed that showing solidarity with the people of Gaza should not be based on viewing them as a neighboring people but as an integral part of the Ummah. The issue of Palestine is not the cause of the Palestinian people alone; it is the cause of the entire Ummah. And the people of Ash-Sham, all of them, are like Gaza, from the kin of Bayt Al-Maqdes.

He also strongly criticized the military leaders and officers who remained idle in supporting Gaza, Al-Quds, and the oppressed men, women, and children who are left without defenders.

Following the prayer, there was an immediate rally, during which the primary address was given by Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim, the head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon. His speech revolved around the crucial idea of the Islamic Ummah's awareness, emphasizing that the armies in the Islamic world are our armies. The West and their agent rulers have usurped their leadership from us and redirected their efforts to protect their thrones. It is our duty to reclaim them and make their loyalty to Allah, His Messenger (saw), and the believers. They are the people of combat and carry the responsibility of Jihad and purging the tyrants.

He then warned against squandering the blood of martyrs and the sacrifices of the people of Gaza by following the American project, which advocates the two-state solution and peace with the Jewish entity. He mentioned that Islamic Sharia mandates the complete liberation of all of Palestine and the removal of the entire Jewish entity. He concluded by reminding Muslims of Allah's promise of succession and empowerment, the defeat of the Jews, and prayed for the people of Gaza, hoping that Allah enables us to support them, liberate Al-Quds, and pray in Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The protesters chanted for wounded Gaza, calling on the armies of the Muslims to overthrow thrones, break boundaries, and declare Jihad in the path of Allah to liberate Palestine and return it to the lands of Islam and the Muslims.

During the rally, an emotionally charged recorded message from a Muslim sister was presented, in which she appealed to the armies of the Ummah, urging them to respond to Allah and His Messenger (saw) and to answer the pleas of the orphans and the cries of the children.

The rally concluded with a moving supplication (duaa) by Sheikh Ahmed Al-Shamali, in which he prayed for the people of Gaza and Palestine and for the Ummah to be granted victory (nasr), succession, and empowerment.
In the city of Sidon in southern Lebanon, there was a gathering in front of Al-Za'tari Mosque after the Juma’ prayer in solidarity with our people in Gaza, defending the armies of the Ummah, and calling for the breaking of boundaries and the declaration of Jihad.

During the gathering, there were chants and a speech delivered by Mr. Qasim Younis, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, describing the immense ordeal of the people in Gaza in the face of the killing machine. He emphasized the need to remove the conspiring rulers and mobilize the dormant armies. He noted the collapse of the image of the Jewish entity during the Al-Aqsa storm and called on the armies to create a storm that would dismantle the Jewish entity, overthrow thrones, and pledge Bay’ah (allegiance) to a Khalifah (Caliph) who would lead their armies to liberation.

In the Saad Nael region of the Bekaa, there was a gathering in front of the Imam Ali Mosque, followed by a march through the area. Dr. Mustafa Abdul Alim, the imam of Saad Nael Mosque, delivered a speech in which he described the Ummah as the just and best of nations, emphasizing its charitable nature and calling for unity and support for the people of Palestine.

Then, Dr. Muhammad Abdullah, a member of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon, delivered a speech describing the situation of the people in Gaza and their need for effective weaponry, which lies in the hands of the armies. He stressed the duty of the Ummah and scholars to encourage the armies to intervene, rescue Gaza, liberate Palestine, and overthrow the puppet rulers. A march then took place through the town of Saad Nael, with active participation from the local residents.

In all these events, the Raya (banner) of the Messenger of Allah (saw) and his Liwaa’ (banner) representing the unity of the Ummah under the Raya (banner) of "La Elah Ela Allah Mohammad Rasool Allah," was raised. This is a reflection of the true unity of the Ummah, away from the Sykes-Picot agreements that fragmented the Ummah and drew artificial, imaginary borders that are now hindering the support of Muslims for their brothers in Palestine and Gaza.

Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon, like in all states, continues, with the permission of Allah, to stand by the causes of Muslims as one Ummah. It continues its work to restore Islamic life by establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood and appointing an Imam for the Muslims. An Imam who leads the Ummah's armies to liberate every inch of the occupied lands of the Muslims, as mentioned in the hadith of the Prophet (saw) as narrated by Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, and authenticated by Bukhari and Muslim:

«...وَإِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ»

“The Imam is only a shield behind whom fighting is engaged in and by whom protection is sought” This Imam leads the Ummah's armies to liberate every inch of the occupied Muslim lands.

[إِنَّ اللهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْراً]

“Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.” [Surat At-Talaq:3]
