Annual Conference of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon
On the 105th Anniversary of the Demolition of the Khilafah (Caliphate)
“Normalization and Surrender, or the Promise of Allah and the State of Islam?!”

On the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the demolition of the Khilafah (Caliphate), Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon held its annual political conference under the title: “Normalization and Surrender, or the Promise of Allah and the State of Islam?!”, in which speakers from Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, and Gaza participated.

The conference comes amid the ongoing American escalation in the region, and the normalization track that America is attempting to impose upon the lands of the Muslims.

In its concluding statement, the conference affirmed that what is termed the American plan for the Middle East is not situational responses to crises, but rather an integrated strategic dominance project, aimed at consolidating the Jewish entity, preventing the unity of the Islamic Ummah, and perpetuating political and economic dependency through local tools and subordinate regimes.

The conference stressed that the paths sponsored by America under the titles of “peace,” “reform,” and “stability” do not lead to genuine liberation nor the restoration of sovereignty, but are managed within the American ceiling and grant the project of dominance additional legitimacy.

It also affirmed that the Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood represents the comprehensive political alternative capable of confronting projects of normalization and surrender, as it is a system of governance integrated in nature, emanating from the Ummah’s Aqeedah (doctrine) and relying upon its awareness and strength, not upon partial solutions or imposed settlements.

Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon concluded its conference by affirming that the lands of Ash-Sham, foremost among them Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria, constitute the axis of the conflict with the American project, and that realizing the unity of targeting and the interconnectedness of the situation is an essential condition for any real change, renewing its call to the Ummah and the people of power and influence within it to undertake serious work to establish rule by what Allah has revealed, in fulfillment of the promise of Allah Subhanah and in support of His Deen.

[وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ أَنْتُمْ قَلِيلٌ مُسْتَضْعَفُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ تَخَافُونَ أَنْ يَتَخَطَّفَكُمُ النَّاسُ فَآوَاكُمْ وَأَيَّدَكُمْ بِنَصْرِهِ وَرَزَقَكُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ]

“And remember when you were few and oppressed in the land, fearing that people might abduct you, but He sheltered you, supported you with His victory, and provided you with good things – that you might be grateful.” [TMQ Al-Anfal:26]
