Gilani-Zardari government has set new standards of American boot-licking. To save their master's economy, the government has prepared a new plan to collect money for financing the crusade war by increase taxes over their own people and reducing subsidies over the foodstuff.

Hizb ut-Tahrir organized demonstrations in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad to protest against the blasphemous cartoon-competition on Facebook. The demos were held outside press clubs and offices of the media outlets. The protesters were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans such as: "O Pak Army! Rise and deliver a teeth-shattering response to the blasphemers by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate"

 A Hizb ut-Tahrir  delegation led by Tahir Sodozai lodged a protest with the senior officer at the Bangladesh Consulate and delivered a press release issued by Hizb ut-Tahrir's Deputy Spokesman in Pakistan, Imran Yusufzai, in which Hizb ut-Tahrir exposed the crimes of Sheikh Hasina,

On 28th of April, two senior officers of a secret agency visited a house of Hizb ut-Tahrir members and requested to meet them. As per the standard Hizb ut-Tahrir policy, they refused to meet them. These officers remained there for three hours and tried to get information from their relatives. During the conversation they signalled their intention to link Hizb ut-Tahrir with Model Town bombing in case of non "co-operation".
