After Abductions in Islamabad and Rahim Yar Khan, Member of Hizb ut-Tahrir Habib Ullah is Abducted by the Regime from Karachi Kiyani and Zardari Must Know that Hizb ut-Tahrir will Continue to Expose Their Treachery and Khilafah will be Established

On 12th April 2012 in the morning, government agencies abducted member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Habib Ullah, from his house as he was just seated in his car to take his wife to hospital. Abductors told his wife, "no need to phone any where he will be back in two days." But now over a month has passed since his abduction and there is no clue as to his whereabouts. Habib Ullah is an Information Technology manager, a business man and a very well known politician amongst the media and political circles. Habib Ullah's crime is that he was exposing the treachery of the traitors in the political and military leadership and their slavery to the Americans and calling the Muslim Ummah to the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate" through peaceful political struggle. Since Hizb ut-Tahrir exposes the treachery of Kiyani and his treasonous relationship with America, military agencies have focused members of Hizb ut-Tahrir as their constant target. In July 2011 three members of Hizb were abducted from Islamabad and subjected to severe torture for more then three months. In the same month, a renowned dental surgeon from Rahim Yar Khan, Doctor Abdul Qayyum, was also abducted and after nine months of severe physical and mental torture he was released, only very recently.

Moreover, authorities have conducted on public religious gatherings of Hizb in Islamabad and Lahore, where Islamic teachings were delivered, extracted from the Quran and the Sunnah. From these gatherings more then forty members, many of them doctors, engineers, teachers and other professionals, were arrested. After their arrest, agencies even pressurised their employers to terminate their jobs. In Peshawar member of Hizb Irfan Ullah is in jail because he was distributing leaflets. Even to day. agents of these agencies are deployed out side the houses of members of Hizb but agents of RAW are free to roam around our the country in the name of "Amn Ki Asha", whilst these military agencies themselves provide security to CIA and Black Water personnel even though they supervise bombs and assassinations throughout the country. Habib Ullah is also facing torture of government agencies in their cells, in the same manner meted out to Dr. Abdul Qayyum, Usama Hanif, Hayan Dawar and Imran Yousufzai. Also police and government agencies are lying that they are not responsible for Habib Ullah's abduction, just as they lied under oath that they are not responsible for the abduction of Dr. Abdul Qayyum.

The Ummah knows the lies of these agencies and also knows that in order to please America, Kiyani and Zardari uses every important institution of the state against any person who calls for the ejection of America from the region and calls for the implementation of Islam. We declare to Kiyani and Zardari that the call of Khilafah "Caliphate" is that light which they can not extinguish with their weak breath. And they must also know that Hizb ut-Tahrir will continue to expose the treachery of the political and military traitors, no matter how much they detest it. We call upon the sincere Muslims in the media, lawyers and human rights organizations that they should raise their voice against this injustice so that they would have this in their support on the Day of Judgement.
