Pakistan's Hizb ut Tahrir Spokesman Abduction Issue:
Press Conference By Family Of Naveed Butt

Respected media community,

Assalamu Alaikum,

On 11 May 2012, shortly before Jummah prayers, Pakistani secret agencies personnel, in plain clothes, seized Naveed Butt, the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan, in front of his children of tender age, as he was returning home with them from school, bundling him into an agencies' vehicle, whilst leaving his children abandoned in the street. His whereabouts remain unknown. This is the latest in a string of abductions of the shebab of Hizb ut Tahrir by General Kayani's agencies. The so-called crime is working for Khilafah "Caliphate" and through it ending the American Raj in Pakistan. Only recently Dr. Abdul-Qayyum, renowned dentist of Rahim Yar Khan and member of Hizb ut Tahrir, was released from the dungeons of Kayani after nine months of severe physical torture as well as mental torture, in spite of his age and diabetes illness, and was not even allowed to read the Quran, so as not to gain tranquility from reading it. And prior to the abduction of Naveed Butt, Habibullah Saleem an IT Manager and member of Hizb ut Tahrir from Karachi was abducted by agencies and his whereabouts remain unknown.

Respected media community, we wish you to consider the following points:

1. Consider that RasulAllah SAW forbade the harming of Muslims in any way, including the torture, for any reason, no matter how great the crime.

بِحَسْبِ امْرِئٍ مِنْ الشَّرِّ أَنْ يحقر أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ، كُلُّ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَامٌ دَمُهُ وَمَالُهُ وَ عِرْضُهُ

"It is evil enough for a man to hold his brother Muslim in contempt. The whole of a Muslim for another Muslim is inviolable: his blood, his honour, and his property." (Muslim)

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُعَذِّبُ الَّذِينَ يُعَذِّبُونَ النَّاسَ فِي الدُّنْيَا

"Indeed Allah will torture those who torture the people in this life." (Muslim)

So what of the one who orders torture against the Muslim whose only crime is that His Lord is Allah سبحانه وتعالى? Moreover, they invite their own ruin at the hands of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, for the M'uminneen, the sincere worker for the Khilafah "Caliphate", Allah سبحانه وتعالى said in the Hadeeth Qudsi,

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ مَنْ عَادَى لِي وَلِيًّا فَقَدْ آذَنْتُهُ بِالْحَرْبِ

"The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him that Allah said, whomever harm my Wali I will declare a war against him ..." (Bukhari)

I pray that Allah سبحانه وتعالى lets not one word that you speak or write in the favor of your brother, Naveed Butt, be deprived of great Ajr from Allah سبحانه وتعالى.

2. Consider that Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاءَ تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِالْمَوَدَّةِ

إِنْ يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاءً وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُمْ بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ]

"O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies as allies, showing affection towards them."

"Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve." [Surah Al-Mumtahina 60:1]"

The contrast between Naveed Butt and the sincere politicians of Hizb ut Tahrir and the real criminals of our time, General Kayani and his small coterie of traitors within the military and political leadership, who hijacked the armed forces and our country for personal benefit, could not be greater. Whilst Naveed Butt languished in a torture cell of Kayani's thugs for the so called crime of exposing the colonialist plans against Pakistan, Kayani cavorted with his comrade in arms, American generals, including General John Allen, whose hands are wet with the pure Muslim blood of Pakistani soldiers attacked by NATO and US forces in November 2011, plotting the further expansion of its crusader war within the region, including re-opening the NATO supply line and striking the major city of Karachi.

3. Consider that RasulAllah SAW said,

إِنَّ النَّاسَ إِذَا رَأَوْا الظَّالِمَ فَلَمْ يَأْخُذُوا عَلَى يَدَيْهِ أَوْشَكَ أَنْ يَعُمَّهُمْ اللَّهُ بِعِقَابٍ مِنْهُ

"If people saw an oppressor committing oppression and yet did nothing to stop him from his act, then soon Allah will punish them all together." (Tirmidhi)

Oppressors in the political and military leadership have turned Pakistan into a police state, where they rule by the law of the jungle, such that they do not even regard their own law and the only law that they recognize is that which suits the crusaders. This is why on the one hand the supreme court moved so fast when the puppet of America, Gillani, insult the court, and began acting as if he were an actual ruler rather than a puppet, slapping him in the face on behalf of America for him to wake up and be a reminder to others about who actually rules the country. Whilst on the other hand Dr. Abdul Qayyum, member of Hizb ut Tahrir, languished in a torture cell for nine months without any meaningful measures from the court in spite of his case before them and we wonder now if the court now will succumb to the tyrants with the people of law remaining silent for another nine month in the case of Naveed Butt? Do these tyrants not act and speak as the condemned Firawn as mentioned in Quran?

[فَقَالَ أَنَا رَبُّكُمُ الأَعْلَى]

"He said, I am your Lord, most High." [Surah Anaaziaat 79:24]

[قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ مَا أُرِيكُمْ إِلاَّ مَا أَرَى وَمَا أَهْدِيكُمْ إِلاَّ سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ]

"Fir`awn said: "I show you only that which I see, and I guide you only to the path of right policy!" [Surah Ghafir 40:29]

Kiyani and his small coterie describe even a single word of protest, as one without license and permission, and accuse of it being a plot according to a foreign agenda, whilst everyone knows that they themselves are the product of a foreign agenda, sitting night and day with the kuffar, who order and forbid them, to fight Allah and His Messenger and the believers, and to achieve the interests of the kafir colonialists. Kiyani and the other traitor rulers of the Muslim World must know that they can not prevent the march of the Ummah for the establishment of Islam and its state the Khilafah "Caliphate". All over the Muslim World, the Muslims are rising up against the traitors for the sake of Islam and they will not return to sleep or fear.

4. Rather than stepping aside so that the sincere officers within the armed forces of Pakistan grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate", so that the serious work of ending foreign presence on our soil can begin, Kayani and a small coterie of traitors within the military and political leadership have hijacked the armed forces and joined hands with America in its last desperate bid to fight the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate", tooth and nail. As its agents are toppled and others are about to be toppled, America's desperation is apparent, lashing out all over the Muslim world and reminds the Muslim of the last days of the Quraysh before the establishment of the rule by Islam for the first time in Madinah.  We say thrash and flail, Kayani in rhythm with your masters, as much as you like, the failure of your project is inevitable.

[وَاذْكُرُواْ إِذْ أَنتُمْ قَلِيلٌ مُّسْتَضْعَفُونَ فِي الأَرْضِ تَخَافُونَ أَن يَتَخَطَّفَكُمُ النَّاسُ فَآوَاكُمْ وَأَيَّدَكُم بِنَصْرِهِ وَرَزَقَكُم]

"Call to mind when you were a small (band), despised through the land, and afraid that men might despoil and kidnap you; but He provided a safe asylum for you, strengthened you with His aid, and gave you good things for sustenance: that you might be grateful." [Surah Anfal 8:26]

5. We call upon the People of Nussrah and Power within the Pakistan armed forces to confirm your loyalty for the sake of Allah, His Messenger and the Ummah, and not for the dictates of the the kuffar. As long as there are traitors in your leadership that yearn after the capitals of the West, instead of siding with the Ummah in its greatest battle for liberation, the Ummah will remain steeped in humiliation and despair at the hands of her enemies. We urge you not to count on the allegiance of the West, rather count on the pleasure of Allah. The time is now to grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate", which will seize the traitors and punish them for their crimes. Allah says:

[وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ غَافِلًا عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الْأَبْصَارُ*مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمْ لَا يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَاءٌ

"Think not that Allah does not heed the deeds of those who do wrong. He but gives them respite against a Day when the eyes will fixedly stare In horror." [Surah Ibrahim 42]
