Reject Bajwa’s “Phegham-e-America” (Message of America)!
“Phegham-e-Pakistan” is a Colonialist Effort to Suppress Rejection of Occupation of Muslim Land

The “Paigham-e-Pakistan” (Message of Pakistan) is a continuation of colonialist efforts against ever increasing calls for the Khilafah (Caliphate) in the Muslim World in general and armed resistance against US led occupation in particular. Using the cover of condemning suicide bombings, sectarianism and terrorism, the Fatwa has targeted the ongoing armed resistance against US occupation in Afghanistan, as well as implying that the current rulers are already ruling by Islam. The timing of the release of this “Fatwa” clearly demonstrates that Trump’s men in Pakistan’s leadership are working overtime to undermine popular support for the Afghan Mujahideen, which has bought the cowardly US troops to their knees, compelling the Trump administration to beg for talks. According to media reports, General Bajwa during his October 2017 visit to Kabul had promised the colonialist puppet regime there that the production of a new fatwa that will strip the just Afghan resistance of Islamic justification. (Source: https://tribune.com.pk/story/1614575/1-pakistan-awaits-afghan-fatwa-ttp-affiliates/ ) The Trump administration is building pressure for “peace talks” to halt the advancing Afghan resistance factions, by making them fall into the deep trench of negotiations, so that the US establishes political legitimacy for its continuous presence on the doorstep of the world’s only Muslim nuclear power. Yet, Trump’s men extracted this Fatwa from the naïve from amongst the Ulema, firmly following in the footsteps of Musharraf who sought to subvert Islam’s clear injunctions in order to justify the wishes of American masters.

O Muslims of Pakistan in General and their Ulema in Particular! Trump has confirmed the established US enmity against Muslims and Islam. He has challenged the Ummah over Al-Quds, dramatically increased the killings of Muslims of Afghanistan and Syria and is openly siding with the worst enemies of Islam, including Russia, the Jewish entity and India’s Modi regime. The message that Islam conveys is the only message that matters for us. Islam forbids alliance with those who fight the Muslims and assist others in doing so. Allah (swt) said,

[إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمْ اللَّهُ عَنْ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ]

“Allah forbids your alliance with those who fight you because of your Deen, and drive you from your homelands, or aid others to do so: and as for those who turn to them in alliance, they are truly oppressors.” [Surah al-Mumtahina 60:9] Islam warned the Muslims for abandoning Jihad against the enemy. RasullAllah (saw) said, «مَا تَرَكَ قَوْمٌ الْجِهَادَ إلاّ ذُلّوا» “No people abandon Jihad except that they are humiliated” [Ahmad]. And Islam warned that the disbelievers will try to avert the Muslims from Jihad in the Way of Allah (swt). Allah (swt) said,

[إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّه]

“Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert [people] from the Way of Allah.” [Surah Al-Anfal 8: 36]

It is upon all of us in general and our Ulema in particular to publically denounce the Paigham-e-Pakistan as a Paigham-e-America. It is upon all of us to reject any pressure or temptation from Trump’s men to persuade, secretly or publicly, the Afghan Mujahideen to fall into the US trap of negotiations. And it is upon us all to work sincerely for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood that will not only end the colonialist occupation of Islamic lands but will force the oppressive states to retreat through the spread of the message of Islam globally.

O Muslims of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! There is only one sure path for strength, security and prosperity for the Muslims and that is the comprehensive implementation of Islam., Trump’s men are the only obstacle to that being practically realized. Grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir now, for the re-establishment of the Khilafah on the Method of the Prophethood in Pakistan, the Pure, the Good, granting the Ummah a fortress around which to rally and unify. Honor your duty to restore Islam as a way of life so that you are finally unleashed as liberators and saviors, fulfilling your immense potential and finding the peace in ending the oppression by the force of your fire and steel. Allah (swt) said,

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ]

“O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the Path of Allah (Jihad), you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But what is the enjoyment of worldly life compared to the Hereafter except a [very] little.” [Surah At-Tawba 9: 38]
