Pakistan's Hizb ut-Tahrir Spokesman Abduction Issue Kayani's Thugs Deliver Ransom Demand to the Family of Naveed Butt

Today secret agencies sent a message to the family of Naveed Butt and demanded money as ransom. They tried to create an impression that Naveed but has not been abducted by Kiyani's thugs, rather he was kidnapped my some criminal abductor gang. In the past Kiyani's thugs, even called to his family and threatened to kill Naveed Butt if he does not desist from his call and dispose of his body. This is the habit of Kayani's thugs when faced with men of Iman who do not deviate from the Truth. First by delivering a death threat and now by demanding ransom, Kayani has merely added to his mistakes, such as his blunder in abducting Naveed Butt. Kiyan's blunder has only drawn the attention of the people towards Hizb ut Tahrir and exposed his oppression. His mistake only strengthened the call for Khilafah "Caliphate" in Pakistan and now he knows that too well.

Hizb ut Tahrir appeals to media, human rights and lawyers organizations that they should raise their voice against General Kayani's oppression and play their role to free Naveed Butt and his family from the oppression of the oppressors. Hizb ut Tahrir also warns General Kayani and his thugs that they should change their course otherwise their fate in this world will not be different from an oppressor like Qaddafi. And the severe punishment of Allah is waiting for them!

[وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ * ٱلأَبْصَار مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِى رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَآءٌ]

"Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zalimun (wrong-doers) do, but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror. (They will be) hastening forward with necks outstretched, their heads raised up (towards the sky), their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty (from thinking because of extreme fear." [Ibraheem 42-45]
