Liberation of Occupied Kashmir Demands the Establishment of Khilafah:
Indian oppression in Occupied Kashmir is the Result of Criminal Silence of the Political and Military Leadership of Pakistan

On 6th May 2018, Indian forces martyred 10 Muslims including a professor in occupied Kashmir. Indian forces surrounded a house in the village of Badigam, in Shopian district south of Srinagar where five Mujahideen were present. All of them were martyred after a gun battle with Indian occupation forces. When protests erupted after the killing of five Mujahideen in the southern parts of the occupied Kashmir, Indian forces opened fire to break up the protests which resulted in martyrdom of five more Muslims.

Indian oppression in occupied Kashmir is going on because on US dictates the political and military leadership of Pakistan is following the policy of “Restraint” in response to Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir and aggression at Line of Control (LoC) and Working Boundary. Allah (swt) said,

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ قَاتِلُواْ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُم مِّنَ الْكُفَّارِ وَلِيَجِدُواْ فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ)

“O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who are the Al-Muttaqun (the pious)” [at-Tauba:123]. Is India not encouraged to continue killing Muslims of occupied Kashmir when despite its brutal oppression in the valley the political and military leadership of Pakistan accepts to take part in military exercises along India in Russia in September 2018 under Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO)? Is India not encouraged to continue its aggressive policy against Muslims without any fear when the political and military leadership of Pakistan repeatedly invites it to join CPEC?

It is known that the political and military leadership of Pakistan is following “Restraint” policy towards India in order to secure America’s foreign policy objective for our region and these rulers are trying to cover their treachery by increasing political, economic and military relations with Russia and China. Certainly if seventy years of serving US interests has not compelled America to take side with Pakistan for the liberation of occupied Kashmir then Russia and China will also never help us in this matter, as they are Kuffar and enemies of Islam and Muslims.

O Muslims in the Armed Forces of Pakistan! The United Nations, international community, America, Russia, China or any other power will never help us in securing our interests and liberating occupied Kashmir. We have no other solution except that we establish Khilafah on the method of Prophethood which will bring together Muslim lands, armies and resources and make Muslims strong. Then under the leadership of Khaleefah e Rashid you will raise the banner of Jihad for the liberation of occupied Kashmir and will secure success in this world and the Hereafter. Allah (swt) ordered,

(فَمَنِ ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ فَٱعْتَدُواْ عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا ٱعْتَدَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ)

“Then whoever attacks you, you attack likewise against him.” [Al-Baqarah: 194].
