Kiyani's thugs have Abducted a Member of Hizb-ut Tahrir in Peshawar Abduction and False Cases Against the Shabab of Hizb-ut Tahrir will not Delay the Establishment of the Khilafah

Today in Peshawar's Hayataabad Phase 3 Khatak Market, member of Hizb-ut Tahrir and respected medical doctor, Dr. Zulfiqar, was abducted by General Kayani's thugs in the presence of dozens of people, on his way home after picking up his children from a nearby school. Even though General Kayani appealed to the entire nation that no-one should be considered a criminal until his crime is proven, the Shabab of Hizb-ut Tahrir are being abducted in front of their innocent children, as if they are fugitives that have broken out of jail!

In reality, the treacheries of General Kayani against the people and their armed forces are no longer secret and now the call of Khilafah "Caliphate" has become the call of the people and their armed forces as well. This situation has frustrated General Kayani such that in this frustration; he released a warning statement on 5th November. But even after this warning, the political struggle of Hizb only intensified, causing Kayani to lose his mind and so now he has stooped down to the level of such inhuman tactics, the abduction of the Shabab of Hizb-ut Tahrir in front of their terrified, innocent children.

The so-called crime of these Shabab is that they are conducting peaceful political struggle to uproot the Capitalist system and bring an end to the American Raj in Pakistan by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" to implement Allah's Deen. Beside abductions, false and baseless cases are being registered against the Shabab of Hizb as well. A recent example is the case registration by Lahore Defence police yesterday, in which they accused five Shabab of Hizb-ut Tahrir of pasting posters of hate material in R.A Bazaar, an armed forces area. In fact, such a posting of the Hizb-ut Tahrir poster demanding the end of Kayani's treachery did not even take place there!

Hizb-ut Tahrir wants to make it clear to General Kayani that even the abduction of Hizb-ut Tahrir's Spokesman in Pakistan, Naveed Butt, could not deter Hizb-ut Tahrir and its Shabab. And now the abduction of Dr. Zulfiqar and registration of baseless cases in Lahore will not deter the activities of Hizb-ut Tahrir either. In order to further expose the treacheries committed by General Kayani, Hizb-ut Tahrir has issued a leaflet entitled, "O Kayani! It is you who weakens Pakistan and separates yourself from us because you fight the arrival of our system, the Khilafah "Caliphate"." Let General Kayani know that his betrayal of Islam, its Ummah and our armed forces by allying and helping the kuffar, is a doomed trade, for it is the promise of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw) that Islam will be established as a rule. So "Traitor Kayani" has but two choices: Either stand aside from military leadership and allow the sincere to end this corrupt capitalist system and also end the American Raj by establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate", so as to implement Islam as a way of life, or wait for punishment at the hands of this Ummah and its armed forces, though the punishment of Allah (swt) is far worse. RasulAllah (saw) said,

"ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ ثُمَّ سَكَتَ ".

"Then there will be an oppressive rule, and things will be as Allah wishes them to be. Then Allah will end it when He wishes. Then there will be a Khilafah "Caliphate" according to the method of Prophethood."
