Governor Raj is not the Solution to the Quetta and Baluchistan Issue Only the Khilafah Can Provide Complete Security to Each and Every Citizen

The insensitivity and coldness shown by the Zardari and Kayani government over the Quetta bomb blasts, in which dozens of people were killed, have once again proved that the traitors within the political and military leadership have no concern over the security of the people. In the last year alone, thousands of people were killed in Karachi and Quetta, but the rulers patronized the politics of division, whilst the people were forced to bury their beloved ones in graves. The government was forced to apply Governor Raj (direct rule by the governor) in Baluchistan after severe resentment over Quetta killings across the country. However, Governor Raj can never deliver permanent security and peace to the citizens in Baluchistan. When Zardari remains in power because of an American-backed NRO agreement and Kayani was appointed as head of the armed forces only after giving a successful "job interview" to the Deputy Secretary of State John Negroponte at the time of Musharaf's departure nothing will change. Both provide opportunity to American and other foreign agencies to roam freely across the country. They arranged safe passage to Raymond Davis who killed Pakistanis. So, no mere administrative measures can change the situation of Quetta, Baluchistan and Pakistan.

The main reason of this situation is that traitors like Zardari and Kayani are in the political and military leadership and govern by democracy, which is alien to Islam. Recently the statement of Pakistan's Defense Secretary confirming that American and British agencies work in the country is an acceptance that the rulers have no concern regarding the security of the state. Similarly, the statement of Sindh DIG (Deputy Inspector General of Police) in the Supreme Court confirming that a police officer is patronizing criminal activities in Karachi, once again confirms that just like dictators who come to power in the name of national interest, the so-called democratic rulers that come to power in the name of the people have no regard for either the interests of the country or the well-being of the people. Sixty five years of Pakistani history is evidence enough that whether its democracy or dictatorship, every ruler used the power of legislation to allow the enemies, America and Britain, to infiltrate in the country, and plunder the wealth of the people, further weakening Pakistan in order to remain in American slavery. The history of Pakistan proves that always in both democracy and dictatorship the interests of America, rulers and their political allies are put above the interests of the people of Pakistan. The history of Pakistan proves that in democracy and dictatorship, people are humiliated and the country is plunged into economic misery and foreign policy humiliation. And this happens because both democracy and dictatorship provides the power of legislation to the rulers and so this power has always been used to protect American and traitor rulers' interests. This is why America welcomes the support of both democratic and dictator rulers.

The establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate" in Pakistan is the only solution to escape from this miserable situation. The Khilafah "Caliphate" is the system of ruling based on the Quran and the Sunnah, in which the Khalifah is bound to only implement Quran and Sunnah. The implementation of Quran and Sunnah in the Khilafah "Caliphate" ensures the security and well-being of every citizen regardless of their color, gender, race, religion or sect. Hizb ut Tahrir appeals to the people of Pakistan that they must turn their backs upon the false promises and assurances of the traitor rulers present in the political and military leadership, and their man-made systems. They must instead join the struggle for the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate". Hizb ut Tahrir asks the sincere officers of armed forces for how long will they see the slaughter of their brothers and sisters? It is vital that you remove the traitors in the political and military leadership and provide Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate".
