Head of Hizb ut Tahrir's Central Contact Committee Saad Jegranvi conducted public bayyans, side meetings and addressed seminars in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Saad Jegranvi delivered a message of hope and motivation. He assured the people that the time of the traitors in the political and military leadership is at an end. The Ummah has rejected their treachery and their Kufr democracy and dictatorship through which they implement it. The Ummah seeks only Islam, the Shariah and the Khilafah "Caliphate". Everywhere the Ummah is looking for a sincere leadership that rules them as they deserve by Islam.

Saad Jegranvi presented a refutation of Kayani's military doctrine, characterizing it as a doctrine of submission, humiliation and capitulation before a hostile force, America. He reminded the Muslims that after the rejection of the Ummah of direct colonialism, the Kuffar receded and changed the face of their control, using the concept of alliances, which is elaborated in Hizb ut Tahrir's issued booklet, Political Concepts. These alliances with hostile states are not alliances of equals and fair dealing, but designed to subjugate the Muslims. It is this concept that has led to the building of the world's second largest American embassy in Pakistan, a fortress from which it can govern its terrorist network and order and forbid its agents within the political and military leadership. It is this concept that has led to American private military organizations patrolling the streets of the capital, after midnight, at the hours in which swine make their forays. It is because of alliance that our armed forces are made to fight on behalf of the American forces against the tribal Muslims, whilst the American "Allies" revert to drunkenness or madness to escape from cowardice.

Saad rebutted the naive view that anything less than challenging the current corrupt leading nation and thwarting its interests will restore the Ummah to its rightful position, the leading state, a position the Khilafah "Caliphate" enjoyed for centuries. He referred to the Introduction to the Constitution for the Khilafah "Caliphate", as adopted by Hizb ut Tahrir, as a road map for achieving this matter, from isolating America from other Kafir states that are not hostile to the Muslim but angered at American aggression and injustice, to unifying the Muslim states as a single powerful state.
