The Reason for the Intensification of Attacks on Security Forces on the Western Border is the Deployment of Forces According to American Dictation. Only the Khilafah can Restore the Tribal Security Structure

After intense attacks on the armed forces of Pakistan in the tribal regions, many delegations of the Government of Pakistan have returned from Kabul, without success. Despite some cross-border attacks, operations in the tribal areas and threats of more attacks inside Afghanistan, the issue is a major bone-of-contention, just as it was for Britain, Russia and the United States in history.

The tribal regions, on both sides of the Pak-Afghan border, are the largest tribal regions in the world. Despite twenty major operations, hundreds of intelligence-based operations and dozens of attempts to “break the back” of tribal fighters, the situation has worsened. Every day both our troops and our tribal people are being killed. No one at the state level has any permanent solution to this problem. The current policy for the tribal areas is based on American dictations, which collide with our ground realities. These tribes have only ever submitted to Islam and its authority, the Khilafah. It is only through the Khilafah that the tribal regions will not only become peaceful, they will become a strong power for Islam!

Defeating three superpowers, the tribal regions guard their autonomy fiercely. Whenever an outside force arrives, the tribal people fight back instinctively. Conflict was intense with the entry of Pakistan’s armed forces into the tribal regions, because Musharraf did so for the sake of America’s crusade in exchange for dollars for Washington’s operations, Pakistan’s military leadership effectively turned our military into an extension of the US military. It caused a battle between two of our most powerful pillars, the armed forces and the tribal fighters. When the armed forces and tribal fighters were unified by Islamic sentiments, they liberated Azad Kashmir from Hindu occupation. They also brought the superpower Soviet Union to its knees.

However, now, according to the American policy, the Pakistani armed forces are to pressurize the Afghan Taliban and prevent their influence from spreading, by closing the Durand Line. The military leadership is building fencing, consolidating military check posts and establishing military cantonments in the tribal regions. A large military and intelligence infrastructure has been set up in the tribal regions, which the tribes do not accept. Closing the Durand Line has strangled the tribal economy, and severed Islamic and blood ties. Afghanistan, as well as tribes on both sides of the Durand Line, firmly reject the closure.

Making the tribal areas a part of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province is also part of the American project. The US claims that people do Jihad because of poverty. They claim an investment of 1,000 billion rupees in ten years will lead to “development” and so the people will turn away from Jihad. However, these American policies have already failed in Afghanistan before, forcing the US withdrawal. The entire American task, plan and strategy is only a long-term plan to play with fire. It wants to fan the flames of conflict between Muslims. America wants Pakistan to be weakened in a prolonged low-intensity conflict (LIC), so that America can make India the regional police-man. Is there anyone who understands this trick?

From the time of the Companions (ra) until today, these tribes have readily submitted to Islam. They became the strength of Islam. They willingly sacrifice their lives for Allah (swt). They dug and filled graveyards for the enemies of Islam, repeatedly, over centuries. So, what is the reason that these tribes are not being approached with an Islamic political initiative, which is the beginning of the Khilafah (Caliphate) from Islamabad? The Khilafah will reverse the damage done by the American dictation immediately. These tribes and armed forces will be unified by Islam, and the fight between the tribes and armed forces will come to an end, radically.

The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will demolish the Durand Line. In the blink of an eye, it will shatter the dreams of the Hindu State, by making Afghanistan and Central Asia part of the Khilafah. So, according to Islam, the solution to this problem lies in Islamabad, not in Waziristan, Bajaur, Zhob and Malakand.

So, O Armed Forces of Pakistan! Put an end to this fight of Fitnah between Muslims. Refuse to fuel the American project. Grant Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir to re-establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. It is then that the lands of Pakistan and Afghanistan, including the tribal regions, will be the strong platform for the unification of the entire Muslim World, under a single Khaleefah.

[وَٱللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡرِهِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ]
