After the Barbaric Bombing of the Refugee Camps in Rafah, It is Clear that the Ummah and Its Armies Must Uproot the Rulers and Re-Establish the Khilafah Rashidah

On the night of 26 May 2024, the Jewish entity targeted a refugee camp in Rafah, with missiles blowing the bodies of women and children to shreds. Children’s heads were separated from their small bodies, whilst dozens were burnt to death. This is after the Jews themselves sent the people of Rafah to refugee tents to escape bombardment. This massacre took place after the order of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for ‘Israel’ to immediately halt its military offensive in Rafah.  Days have passed since the horrific attack, but Pakistan’s rulers are content with the same weak stance they have adopted before any enemy of Muslims. On 27 May 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs stated, “Pakistan condemns in the strongest terms the ‘Israeli’ bombardment and targeting of a refugee camp in Rafah in the Gaza Strip that has resulted in multiple casualties.” In the eyes of the rulers of Muslims, there is no value for the sanctity of the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, the Blessed Land, and the blood of Muslims. They have not taken action for over seven months, even though the Ummah possess millions of willing and able troops.

O Muslims of Pakistan and their Armed Forces! The political and military leadership of Pakistan are facilitators of the United States and its military base in the heart of the Ummah, the Jewish entity. The rulers of Muslims are part of the camp of our enemies, and now there is no room for further debate, after seven months of treacherous inaction. So who will continue to obey this political and military leadership, which allies with those who fight against Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw) and the believers? Who will repent and absolve himself of sin, through loyalty to Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw) and the believers? Obedience to these rulers invites being raised with them on the Day of Resurrection, and sharing in their severe punishment. Such obedience will be a source of deep regret and the cause of huge loss. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «لَا طَاعَةَ لِمَخْلُوقٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ»‏ “There is no obedience to creation, entailing disobedience to Allah, the Glorified and Exalted.” (Bukhari).

O Muslims of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! Let every son of Salahudin know that the decisive hour has come for them. Hesitation and inaction only buys time for the facilitators of the crusaders and the Jews. It is time for action. Our oppressed sisters, brothers, children and elders are being martyred by the Jews’ bombs, missiles and shells, but they remain firm on our Deen, awaiting your mobilization. Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa is waiting for you and Gaza is calling out to you. The voices of the oppressed in Rafah have been raised to Allah (swt) and await His response. Allah (swt) has made the support of Gaza an obligation upon you, saying,

[وَاِنِ اسۡتَـنۡصَرُوۡكُمۡ فِى الدِّيۡنِ فَعَلَيۡكُمُ النَّصۡرُ]

“And when they seek support from you in the matter of Deen, it is obliged on you to provide support.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal 8:72]. Consider the beautiful example of your honored brother, Abdullah Ramadan, the Egyptian soldier, who embraced martyrdom, whilst fighting the Jews in Rafah, on 27 May 2024. He had posted previously on 7 February 2024, “The heart grieves. The eyes shed tears. I am in sorrow through closeness to your suffering, O Gaza. Gaza is close, whilst the world is deaf, dumb and blind, incapable of giving rise to manhood. Inaction is the peak of incapability.” So, is there not a man of reason amongst you, who will rise to seek victory and martyrdom?!

O Muslims of Pakistan’s Armed Forces! The rulers of Muslims have restrained the armies of Muslims before the tyranny of the American world order, the crusaders and the Jews. The Jews have launched missile attacks on Muslims in front of cameras, released drone footage of mujahideen being martyred, starved the Muslims and telecast children’s corpses on live feeds. The Jews have raped chaste Muslim women, they have tied the hands and feet of Muslims, and shot them, whilst some were buried alive, and some were crushed under tanks. The Jews don’t even feel the need to hide their crimes, because of the rulers of Muslims. The Jews regard the armies of Muslims no more than insects, because of the rulers of Muslims. So remove these hypocrite and corrupt rulers, who have emasculatedyou in front of the most cowardly of all people, the Jews. Hizb ut Tahrir is the only platform that invites you to grant your Nussrah for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. It is the Khilafah that will be the cause of the death of the Jewish entity and will strike the final blow to the collapsing American world order, which is exposed in its injustices throughout the world.  So O Armed Forces of Pakistan! Act now so that Allah (swt) grants you the great honor of commanding the brigades and corps that liberate the Blessed Land of Palestine and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.
