The Bond of the Islamic Aqeedah is Stronger than Any Rotten Racist Call

On 6 January 2025, according to a statement by the Afghan Embassy in Pakistan, about 800 Afghan refugees were arrested in Islamabad. Expressing concern over the arrests, the Afghan Embassy clarified that this includes refugees holding legal documents such as visas, Proof of Registration cards and the Afghan citizenship card. The media wing of the army has previously reported that the army chief said the life and safety of a single Pakistani is more important than the whole of Afghanistan.

We ask the Army Chief, did you not recite the following two ayaat in the Noble Quran, whilst you claim to be a hafiz (muhafiz) of the Noble Quran? Allah (swt)

[يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اِنَّا خَلَقۡنٰكُمۡ مِّنۡ ذَكَرٍ وَّاُنۡثٰى وَجَعَلۡنٰكُمۡ شُعُوۡبًا وَّقَبَآئِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوۡا ؕ اِنَّ اَكۡرَمَكُمۡ عِنۡدَ اللّٰهِ اَ تۡقٰٮكُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلِيۡمٌ خَبِيۡرٌ]

“O people! Indeed, We created you all from a male and a female. We made you into races and tribes, so that you may know one another. Verily the noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the most pious of you.” [TMQ Surah Al-Hujrat 49:13]. And Allah (swt) said,

[هُوَ سَمَّاكُمُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مِن قَبْلُ وَفِي هَٰذَا لِيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ شَهِيدًا عَلَيْكُمْ وَتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ ۚ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِاللَّهِ هُوَ مَوْلَاكُمْ ۖ فَنِعْمَ الْمَوْلَىٰ وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ]

“It is Allah Who named you Muslims in the earlier Scriptures and in this Quran, so that the Messenger may be a witness over you, and that you may be witnesses over humanity. So establish Salah, pay Zakat, and hold fast to Allah. He Alone is your Guardian. What an excellent Guardian, and what an excellent Helper.” [TMQ Surah Al-Hajj 22:78]?

The root of the conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan is the Durand Line, which the British colonialists drew a century and a half ago, tearing apart families, tribes and Muslims. As long as this line was limited to paper, whilst people could travel across it easily, the conflict did not intensify. However, ever since the Pakistani regime, on American instructions, imposed fences, checkpoints and strict travel rules on it, in order to keep the Taliban government under constant pressure, the conflict has intensified further. It has now reached the point where both Muslim forces are pointing weapons at each other, and trying to kill each other. This is even though the Messenger of Allah (saw) had said,

«مَنْ قَاتَلَ تَحْتَ رَايَةٍ عِمِّيَّةٍ، يَدْعُو إِلَى عَصَبِيَّةٍ، أَوْ يَغْضَبُ لِعَصَبِيَّةٍ، فَقِتْلَتُهُ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ»

“Whoever fights under the banner of misguidance, calls for partisanship, and is angry because of partisanship, his death will be the death of ignorance.” (Sahih Muslim). Today, the rulers who dominate Muslims are spreading the poison of this hateful call in their societies, through their official and unofficial media and social media accounts.

Islam rejects fighting on the basis of racism. Two young men, one from the Muhajirin and the other from the Ansar, were fighting. The Muhajir called upon his fellow Muhajirin, whilst the Ansari called upon the Ansar. The Messenger of Allah (saw) came out and said,

«مَا هَذَا دَعْوَى أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ»

“What is this call of the days of Jahiliyah (ignorance)?” [Muslim]. Imam An-Nawawi said in his “Sharh,” وَأَمَّا تَسْمِيَته ﷺ ذَلِكَ دَعْوَى الْجَاهِلِيَّة فَهُوَ كَرَاهَة مِنْهُ لِذَلِكَ، فَإِنَّهُ مِمَّا كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْجَاهِلِيَّة مِنْ التَّعَاضُد بِالْقَبَائِلِ فِي أُمُور الدُّنْيَا وَمُتَعَلِّقَاتهَا، وَكَانَتْ الْجَاهِلِيَّة تَأْخُذ حُقُوقهَا بِالْعَصَبَاتِ وَالْقَبَائِل، فَجَاءَ الْإِسْلَام بِإِبْطَالِ ذَلِكَ، وَفَصَلَ الْقَضَايَا بِالْأَحْكَامِ الشَّرْعِيَّة “As for his (saw) naming this call as ignorance, it is his disgust towards it. It is part of the Jahiliyah tradition to support according to tribes, in matters related to the world. It is from ignorance to take rights on the basis of races and tribes. Islam abolished that, and determined cases by Shariah rulings.”

Pakistan and Afghanistan, along with the rest of the Muslim world, are one region, one area and one Ummah. The West’s order of nation states has devastated us, guarded by these same rulers of Muslims who make us fight among ourselves, but strive for peace and normalization with the Jews and the Hindus. They are burning our armed forces in wars of Fitnah amongst the Muslims. They have enforced a Western colonialist system of human legislation on us, which is the protector of the interests of the international order. The Islamic World is on the verge of change. Gaza, Syria and other fronts have made clear the power of the shahadah (testimony of Islam) over Muslims. Western civilization has reached the worst stage of its decline. The time has come for the officers of the Pakistan armed forces to seize the reins of the events in their own hands. They must remove this corrupt leadership. They must grant Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. The Khilafah will unify Pakistan, Afghanistan, Central Asia and other Muslim countries, into a single state and dismantle the Western world order.

The Prophet (saw) said in his Farewell Sermon,

«يَا أَيُّها النَّاسُ أَلا إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ وَاحِدٌ، وَإِنَّ أَباكُمْ وَاحِدٌ، أَلا لا فَضْلَ لِعَرَبِيٍّ على عَجَمِيٍّ، وَلا لِعَجَمِيٍّ عَلَى عَرَبِيٍّ، وَلَا أَحْمَرَ عَلَى أَسْوَدَ، ولا أَسْوَدَ على أَحْمَرَ، إِلَّا بِالتَّقْوَى»

“O humankind, indeed your Lord is one, and your original forefather is one. Indeed, neither the Arab has superiority over the non-Arab, nor the non-Arab over the Arab, nor the white over the black, nor the black over the white, except by piety.” [Ahmad]
