Raheel-Nawaz Regime's Address to the People
Establishment of Military Courts is for Prolonging American Raj in the Region
In between Wednesday and Thursday night, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif addressed the people of Pakistan. He presented proposals prepared with the consultation of all parliamentary political parties and asserted that these proposals will end terrorism in the country. The most important of these proposals was the establishment of special courts headed by military officers. In reality these special courts will be military courts but Raheel-Nawaz regime tried to cover their hypocrisy by naming them "special courts".
Establishing military courts using the pretext of the Peshawar attack is not for the purpose of ending terrorism. Rather, it is to punish those people who are waging Jihad against US occupying forces in Afghanistan and to frighten the Ummah and the sincere officers in the armed forces who want to bring Pakistan out of this American war and implement Islam through the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate". US pressure on Pakistan to initiate operations in North Waziristan, especially against the Haqqani Network and Hafiz Gul Bahadur...the linking of an annual one billion dollar "aid" conditional on the US Secretary of State assuring Congress that Pakistan is successfully conducting the North Waziristan operation...and the acknowledgment by the US that because of operation in North Waziristan the Haqqani Network in disarray... These are all proof that the military operations being carried out are not to end the law and order situation but rather to target sincere Mujahideen under the pretext of fighting terrorism.
Arguing that the normal judicial system is unable to work under war situations as the reason for the establishment of military courts is ridiculous. This is so because this judicial system, left by British Raj, is not providing justice in normal circumstances, let alone in war time. Moreover, RasulAllah (saw) ruled for ten years, most of the time in a war scenario, and at the same time faced the treacheries of hypocrites and Jews but never were the rights of an ordinary citizen suspended, nor did the Islamic State turn into a police state. Rather, in those difficult times people were encouraged to account their rulers.
For the last ten years, military operations have been undertaken in every corner of the country and the rulers have claimed that they have killed thousands of terrorists and broken their backs. But despite their grand claims we see attacks on military and civilian places and the killing of innocent people. The reason for this unabated violence is the US presence in Pakistan and Afghanistan. The US wants that Pakistan continuously burn in the Fire of Fitna so that the traitors in the political and military leadership use this situation to kill those people in tribal area and in Pakistan who are waging Jihad against America.
Traitors in the political and military leadership do not want to bring Pakistan out of this US war. They are now using the pretext of fighting this so-called war against terrorism to kill the basic concept of Jihad, seize the basic rights of the people and contravene basic laws of justice. Whenever American Raymond Davis or Joel Cox, the masterminds behind destabilizing efforts in Pakistan were caught red handed, some among the traitor in the political and military leadership came to their rescue and arranged their safe exit from the country. Ending these bloody events in Pakistan is not possible unless America is kicked out of this region as it is the source of destabilization. Therefore, the end of American presence is a must, and this is only possible through the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of the Prophethood.
