To Turn Around the Situation of Pakistan, Hizb ut-Tahrir Presents 11-Point Action Plan Based on Islam

The present pathetic condition of the people of Pakistan is the result of the exploitative capitalist system and the corrupt rulers. So by merely implementing opposition's few point agenda, whilst maintaining the corrupt system and rulers, the situation will not change.  To change not only the conditions of Muslims of Pakistan rather the plight of the humanity, Hizb ut-Tahrir has offered details of the Islamic system to the world.  And implementation of this very system can only change the plight of Pakistan.  In the context of implementation of Islam, the following 11 action points will completely turn Pakistan around:

• 1. Islam must be completely and radically implemented through establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" in Pakistan. The Khilafah "Caliphate" will immediately take practical steps to annex all other Muslim countries. The unity of the Ummah is its strength, which is not possible without the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate".
• 2. Oil, gas, electricity, coal and gold reserves including all mineral ore must be declared public property and should be provided to the Ummah tax-free and without making any exuberant profit. Not only will this reduce inflation and eliminate poverty but it will also kick start the industry.
• 3. Interest and all non-Sharai economic transactions must be stopped. Furthermore the Rupee be separated from the dollar and as ordained in Islam be backed by gold and silver. This will help stabilize the Rupee and also save our economy from drowning along with the declining dollar.
• 4. End G S T, including all direct and indirect taxes. Funds should be collected from Islamic sources of revenue and taxation. This includes, Kharaj, Usher, Rikaz, hima, jizyh and zakaah. Moreover, the Islamic State will guarantee every citizen his basic needs.
• 5. The right of legislation is for none but Allah. Hence, the National Assembly and the Senate legislative bodies should be abolished. These are the institutions through which America protects its interests through 17^th amendments and NROs. The Khilafah "Caliphate" will only be responsible to implement the Sharia of Allah. Unlike democracy, there will be no need for a majority vote to implement Allah's Hukam.
• 6. The US, Britain and all colonial countries' embassies must be closed and all relations must be severed.
• 7. Pakistan must abandon America's ‘War of Terror' and cut US supply-line. The civil war between the Tribal Muslims and Pakistani army must be halted immediately.
• 8. Pakistan must withdraw from UN, the concubine of America, and establish bilateral relations with other non-colonial countries. Moreover, foreign policy should be based on spreading dawa of Islam to the whole world, the practical method of which is jihad.
• 9. Obscenity and immorality must be declared unlawful and all sources of moral corruption including the media must be shunned and society be built on Islamic foundations.
• 10. The current Judicial laws, which are the legacy of British colonial era, must be weeded out and all judicial decisions be made according to Islamic Sharia.
• 11. Primary education should be provided free of cost and its objective must be to create Islamic personality and impart scientific information and useful knowledge in children.
