The PA is Weak before the Enemy But Brutal towards the Pious
(Translated)

 The Palestinian Authority (PA) yesterday, Tuesday 21/2/2017, has extended the detention of Dr. Maher Al-Ja’bari, member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Palestine, for seven more days, and on Wednesday has extended the detention of four of the party's members for another seven days as well, while it persists in the detention of  four members of the party who were arrested in Bethlehem illegally, despite the refusal of Bethlehem Court this afternoon to consider the case and therefore rejected the prosecution’s request for an extension of their detention, as well as the expiration of the 15-day period of detention ordered by the Court of Jericho after their arrest.

The PA security agencies arrested these pious advocates of good – this is how we view them, and we do not recommend anyone to Allah - on Saturday, 4/2/2017 at checkpoints erected at the entrances to the city of Al-Khalil (Hebron) and the crossroads to prevent people from participating in the picket that was organized by the families of Al Tamim and dignitaries of Al-Khalil in protest against the Palestinian Authority’s President Mahmoud Abbas’ surrendering the Waqf (endowment) land of  the noble companion Tamim Ad-Dari, may Allah be pleased with him, an area of about 72 dunams, to the Russians the enemies of the Muslims as a reward for them for the Muslims they killed in Aleppo and throughout Syria, and previously in Afghanistan, and before that in Central Asia, this is as well as rewarding the Russian colonial mission for selling and distributing of land to the usurpers Jews.

The Palestinian Authority, which surrendered most of Palestine to the Jewish entity, is trying to give ownership of 72 dunums of Waqf (endowment) land in Al-Khalil to the Russian enemies. It is weak before the repeated attacks of the Jewish entity on Al-Aqsa Mosque and the people of Palestine and their farms and lands, and it is trying to prevent the family of Al Tamim and the families of Al-Khalil and members of Hizb ut Tahrir from protesting against this disgraceful surrendering of the Waqf (endowment) land given by the Messenger of Allah (saw)  to the noble companion Tamim Ad-Dari. This is why they continue to arrest members of Hizb ut Tahrir, which it accuses of causing strife and participating in an illegal gathering, despite that they were detained at the barriers and crossroads.

Hizb ut Tahrir in Palestine is known for its positions for standing with the truth and speaking the truth and it will not be deterred by the harassment of the PA and its trampling over their law by its leadership and its president, and its security services, the Hizb will continue its political struggle with the benevolent people of Palestine and to stand with the family of Al Tamim to return their land and will stand against political detention of its members and the sons of Palestine, the PA knows our positions.

If the PA had an atom weight of shame then they should release all the detainees immediately and save itself from the wrath of Allah (swt) and of His servants, but:

«إن مما أدرك الناس من كلام النبوة الأولى: إذا لم تستح فاصنع ما شئت»

“Among that which reached the people from the words of the earlier prophethood: If you feel no shame, then do whatever you wish.”
