Obituary of a Dawah Carrier
“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance], and they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration.” [Al-Ahzaab: 23]
(Translated)

Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land-Palestine mourns one of the men of the Dawah who proclaim the word of truth, one of its strong Shabab, a man of firm stances:

Hani Mahmoud Yunus (Abu Mahmoud)

He passed away today, Wednesday 23/10/2019, after a long battle with his illness, at age 51. He spent his life in the worship of Allah and carrying the call to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the second Khilafah Rashida (Righteous Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood. He had prominent episodes in proclaiming the Truth and the struggle against the oppressors, he was even harmed many times for the sake of Allah, but this did not deter him from carrying on.

May Allah grant Abu Mahmoud mercy, he was a man of position and did not fear any blame in the way of Allah. May Allah have mercy on you and make the wide heaven your abode, we are saddened for your departure, and we only say what pleases our Lord: to Allah we belong and to Him we will return.

“Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.” [Al-Baqara: 156]
