The Security Departments Conceal the Arrest of Muslims Once Again in Bashkiria
(Translated)

On the 7^th of September 2016 in the city of Sterlitamak and Slavat located in Bashkiria, raids and searches took place in the houses of four Muslims who were arrested under the charge of being affiliated to Hizb ut Tahrir. However, the security departments did not inform the media about the incident and this reflects an indication of the difficulty of convincing the people in respect to the basis that these security departments rely upon in their prosecution of members of the Islamic political party.

We remind you that a short while ago in the city of Sterlitamak sentences were passed against five Muslims under the very same charge. So in May the Moscow military court sentenced them with long sentences and on the 5^th of August the High Court rejected the appeal presented by those who had been sentenced and kept the sentence as it was. The security departments resorted to fabricating new cases directly after the judgment against those Muslims came into effect. This principle in dealing is prominent in many other judicial cases in the case where the security departments know full well that the activity of the party is political and that its struggle with the members of Hizb ut Tahrir is not upon the backdrop of them undertaking any terrorist act that threatens the country. Rather, it is a disciplined struggle that takes place within the context of a general Russian war against Islam.

Also, the fabrication of new cases comes for the purpose of assuring the material (financial) support for these departments in relation to what is known as the “war against terror” and this requires them to present a display of their “fruitful” acts.

And in this way, Russia sees a threat from the spread of Islam upon its land which pushes it to harass the activity of the Islamic political party. At the same time the security departments use that for their own material interests. This generates a situation of the persecution of the Muslims under the pretext of combatting “terrorism”. However, this matter will never continue without their being an end to it and that is because Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta’Aalaa says:

﴿إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ﴾

“Verily, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand” [Ghaafir: 51].

And He also said:

﴿وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَبَقُوا إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ﴾

“And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allah's Punishment)” [Al-Anfaal: 59].
