The Unlawful Arrests of Members of Hizb-ut Tahrir in Russia Represent the Real Terrorism
(Translated)

(الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الوَكِيلُ)

"Men said to them: "A great army is gathering against you": And frightened them: But it (only) increased their Faith: They said: "For us Allah sufficient, and He is the best disposer of affairs" [3:173]

Praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds! Praise to the One who sent His servant with a true direction, in order to elevate over the other religions and systems! Praise to the One who tests His slaves, and who will give them victory over the disbelievers! Peace and blessings upon our Messenger and his family, companions, and those who follow his Sunnah until the Day of Judgment. Amin!

06/11/2012: We have witnessed massive searches and detentions of Muslims in Moscow and the Moscow Region, approximately 40 searches. While in Ufa, 30 searches and detentions also took place. As a result more than 60 Muslims were detained on suspicion of involvement in the Islamist party Hizb-ut Tahrir. Grenades and guns were planted on some of the detainees. So far, the Russian authorities have demonstrated that Hizb-ut Tahrir has no influence in Russia, trying not to show its work in Russia. But the recent events have shown the following:

1. Such actions show that the Russian authorities have admitted the influence of Hizb-ut Tahrir on the Islamic society (community) in Russia. And this led them to urgently fulfill their disgusting plan. Also, it indicates that Hizb-ut Tahrir has developed as a political party, which would reveal all of the crimes of the Russian authorities against Russian Muslims and Muslims of Syria! The evidence of this influence is the following: the celebration of Islamic holidays in the Muslim community of Russia, as well as various events like conferences, press conferences, media work and other activities.

2. The Russian authorities have seen the Ummah's return to its roots by the call and work of Hizb-ut Tahrir. They've realized that Muslims have begun to see Islam as a system of life. The Muslims show their zeal in respect of their religion. That was evident by a public debate concerning the hijab, meetings for the rights of Muslims and the most important is a change of contradictory foreign ideas to Islamic ideas and concepts, the raising of Islamic flags in the all regions of Russia, where the majority of Muslims live as well as the rejection of holidays that have no connection with Islam, and so on. All of the above have shown the Russian authorities the Muslims' return to the Islamic culture. Russia, having no ideology on which the government and society are built upon, is afraid of losing control over the Muslims' minds. So they decided to work more openly against Hizb-ut Tahrir, as evident in the way they conducted detentions in Moscow and Moscow region. We can say, the case is out of their control, after so-called moderate imams could not sway the Ummah to their understanding of Islam, also the FSB could not scare the people from Hizb-ut Tahrir.

3. Due to the fact that the revolutions took place in Islamic countries, particularly in Syria, it shows that the Ummah has awakened from its sleep and tossed away the blanket of fear. The Ummah has realized that Islam and only Islam can bring them to the path of greatness that the Ummah possessed 1,300 years ago. And of course the Russian authorities are aware that more than 20 million Russian Muslims are connected to their brothers and sisters in faith based on religion. And if someone can form the political thinking on the basis of Islam, so tomorrow after the establishment of the Caliphate, this mass will be able to influence external political affairs of Russia that in turn will be directed against the new state Caliphate. Therefore, the Russian authorities realize and even recognize Hizb-ut Tahrir as the single opponent, forming the public's understanding of the future Caliphate. And it is Hizb-ut Tahrir that is able to wake the Ummah from deep sleep.

4. Also the authorities recognize that Hizb-ut Tahrir can function in Muslims' social environment of Muslims, educating the true knowledge of Islam, which leads to filling the political vacuum. And the fact that with the establishment of the Caliphate, Inshallah, will accelerate the accession of the Islamic lands to the newly formed state.

This situation and the conditions have forced the Russian authorities to declare an open struggle against Islam and Muslims, in particular against Hizb-ut Tahrir. Thus, the government wants to stop the call among Muslims.

In this regard, the authorities should understand the following important points for themselves!

• We Muslims, particularly Shabab of Hizb-ut Tahrir, never give up bearing the truth! Your every effort directed to intimidate and destroy Hizb-ut Tahrir in Russia is doomed for failure. We, Shababs of Hizb-ut Tahrir, vowed Almighty Allah that we will certainly work for the benefit of the Ummah and to bear the truth as did the followers.

• Even if you collect all your power to stop this call, that aims to save the Muslims, it does not frighten us and take away our zeal and does not frighten us away from this call. (وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ) "We have enough of Allah, and how beautiful this Trustee and Guardian!" [3:173]

• Also, your every treachery and atrocity against Muslims in Russia will lead you to the answer before the future Caliphate, with the will of Allah swt to be established in ash-Sham! ash-Sham will be its capital! We can assure you, no one of your evil will go unanswered!

• We believe with solid unshakeable faith in the words of Allah: (وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ) "Allah will certainly aid those who aid His (cause); - for verily Allah is Full of Strength, Exalted in Might, (able to enforce His Will)" [22:40]

• We answer you: (وَإِذْ يَمْكُرُ بِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِيُثْبِتُوكَ أَوْ يَقْتُلُوكَ أَوْ يُخْرِجُوكَ وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ) "How the unbelievers plotted against you, to keep you in bonds, or slay you, or get you out (of thy home). They plot and plan, and Allah too plans, but the best of planners is Allah" [8:30] And do you think that you stop the call? Yes, you are deaf, dumb and blind, who do not understand.

O Muslims!

This is what God promises us! Testing and checking the truthfulness of our faith, our desire for His pleasure. Every Muslim today sees how unbelievers attack Islam and Muslims in particular those who call for Islam and revitalization of Islam. And it is natural that unbelievers, led by America, will do their best not to establish the Islamic state, which will be able to make the first answer for all of the crimes they commit throughout the Muslim world and particularly in Syria. Therefore, each of us must work tirelessly in the cause of the call. Truly the victory is for believers and their every trick is in Allah. The victory is from Allah, and we believe Him, worship Him, to glorify Him and no one except Him.

Allah swt said:

(إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الأَشْهَادُ)

"We will, without doubt, help Our apostles and those who believe, (both) in this world's life and on the Day when the Witnesses will stand forth" [40:51]
