(مَّا لَهُم بِهِ مِنْ عِلْمٍ وَلَا لِآبَائِهِمْ كَبُرَتْ كَلِمَةً تَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ إِن يَقُولُونَ إِلَّا كَذِبًا)

On the 27^th of April 2013 in Dagestan, Russia; the wedding cortege decorated with flags of the Messenger of Allah (saw) was detained by police.  But Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan reported in an official brief about ‘suppressing the attempt of breaking in Kizlar by the 25 cars motorcade with members of banned in Russia Hizb ut Tahrir.' Then, federal and regional mass media spread this news about ‘breaking in Kizlar by radicals from Hizb ut Tahrir.' Thus, riding of the wedding cortege through Dagestan MIA turned into ‘breaking in by radicals.'

Muslims, including women and children, that were in that wedding cortege were stopped at the entrance in Kizlar by the police officers. As it turned out, the cause of the blockade were the flags of Messenger of Allah (saw). Guests of the wedding decorated their cars with these flags. Police officers demanded the removal of all the decorations from the cars. Muslims asked officers about the legal reason of such demands, since Islamic attributes are not banned in Russia. But they received an answer that ‘it's an order from our chief.'  Therefore, Muslims understood that they had to remove the decorations to proceed on their journey.

Then, when all the flags have been gathered in one car, and part of cortege departed, one officer pushed a Muslim woman, provoking a conflict with her brother and husband. Afterwards, policemen began shooting in the air and beating wedding guests with batons. Then police detained many Muslims, and four of them were accused in resistance of policemen.

In fact, MIA officers clobbered wedding guests, arrested some of them and then they spread the lie about "breaking in by the motorcade with Hizb ut-Tahrir members". Magomed Kartashov, well-known in Dagestan and Russia as a representative of the non-commercial organization "Union of Fairness" and organizer of demonstrations in favor of Muslims, was blamed in resistance to policemen.

So, Muslims were manhandled and arrested for raising the words of: "There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah". Instead of greetings and respect of the wedding, Muslims were detained and humiliated for decorating with the flags of Prophet Muhammad (saw). Herewith, nobody is stopped for being drunk or waving flags of the football club on this Islamic land. Is this perversion permissible?

It's clearly, that flags became a cause to detain Muslims and Islam once again.  But the enemies' hatred of Allah's religion every time turns into a shameful situation - they are weak in evidence and violate their own corrupted laws. This time they couldn't bring any legitimate reason. They attacked marriage and blamed participants in assault.

We hope that this detaining of marriage is only failure of the nervous system among the military, which fear surrounds all Dagestan. And we hope that they are remorseful about their ignorance, caused by their hatred to the flags with Islamic gist. And we demand the authorities to release all participants of the Islamic wedding, to give apologies to intermarried families and to compensate the damage.

O Gracious and Merciful, O Fair! Grant Muslims the ability to manifest religion and to have no tightness!

 Allah (swt) said:

يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطۡفِـُٔواْ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفۡوَٲهِهِمۡ وَيَأۡبَى ٱللَّهُ إِلَّآ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ ۥ وَلَوۡ ڪَرِهَ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ)

( هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرۡسَلَ رَسُولَهُ ۥ بِٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلۡحَقِّ لِيُظۡهِرَهُ ۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ ڪُلِّهِۦ وَلَوۡ ڪَرِهَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكُونَ

"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it. It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although they who associate others with Allah dislike it." [9:32-33]
