Children 404 or the Disaster of the Spread of Homosexuality!
(Translated)

The Russian Internet Censorship and Telecommunications Technology Commission revealed in the Central Federal District, the spread of propaganda for homosexuality among juveniles (those under 18) within the homosexual communities or what is known as Children 404. This propaganda was spread through the social media website "Vkontakt", the number of members of this site reached 39,000 people. In one group in one of the website belonging to one of the organizations, its administrators collect the letters of the homosexual juveniles, the participants then discuss a certain problem and the most appropriate ways to solve it according to their abnormal sexual orientation!!!

This is one of several problems that exposed the disgrace and shame in Russia in which there is widespread alcohol and drug addiction, prostitution and suicide, corruption and rape of children and other tragedies that ravage the 21st century capitalist societies.

The prevalence of homosexuality among juveniles in Russia is due to several factors:

- The law: The law that was passed and became effective as of 1/9/2012 CE, amending the federal law to protect children from information that causes harm to their health and development. Since this amendment focuses on the classification of information in several age categories, such as products for children aged six years old and above, or aged twelve and above or sixteen and above. Therefore marking of products with 6+ or 12+ or 16+ on information products becomes mandatory. Though this does not solve the problem because the child can simply ignore this matter making this a weak and non-applicable law.

- Formalities in compliance with the law: Regardless of the presence of numerous preventions aimed at child protection from contents that violate the law, but this did not aid the enforcement of the law upon those networks, the best example for this is the group of Children 404 and many similar groups that are spread unhindered in the social media. Thus, the bodies responsible take care of children and work on the enforcement and effect of the law, but the politicians and the people ignore this although they have full awareness because they do not want to open the subject for discussion again.

- Prevalent thoughts: The first article of the Constitution of the Russian Federation states that Russia is a democratic country, and the second article states that the freedom and rights of the individual is the highest goals of the state. Through this, the State guarantees the freedom of the individual and his rights.

It also protects the child from the propaganda of such groups, but when the child reaches the legal age, he has the full freedom to become a homosexual, especially since the propaganda for homosexuality is allowed among adults, which makes the issue more difficult. The contradiction is clear between the law for the protection of children and the Freedom Act.

- Individualism: Thus, Russia has become a captive of the destructive Western ideas that provide all the conditions for humans to become homosexual, and even ensure his freedom under the name of personal freedom. Russia can save itself from this filth by rejecting capitalism and its principles of freedom because freedom is one of the fundamentals of capitalism.

This problem and other problems do not exist in the principles of Islamic society based on the principles of Islamic Shariah law. This is the result of the strictness of Islam in dealing with homosexuality because it is considered a great sin. It distinguishes the Muslim community from the capitalist society in that in the Muslim community, the marriage is between a man and a woman is the norm and it provides the clarity in the direction and protection of families and the human race, even further protects the state. When someone is violating this limit, the Islamic Shariah punishes him/her as a deterrent to him/her and others in order to stop the repetition of the action again.

In every period of the existence of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" system, these systems were present in the minds of Muslims who now cling to these principles and this is why we now find that the population of the republics of the North Caucasus are the least people vulnerable to these problems, and naturally have more cohesive families. This is all according to statistics that shows that the lowest rates of divorce and the lack of displaced children are among the Muslims. So wherever this system is absent we find advertisements for homosexuality are widespread and we find that people are changing their perceptions towards this great sin, homosexuals were encouraged, even had the audacity to establish these movements and organizations and protest that they cannot propagate their abnormal concepts in areas inhabited by Muslims as alleged by the spokesman of this movement (Igor Kuccitkov) when he said, "In Russia there are places where the situation is bad and there are places where the situation is even worse, including the North Caucasus, where the person there cannot even speak about homosexuality ... and we cannot organize censorship in those republics because people are afraid . The problem is so big to the extent that we do not have any information about it."

Thus, the definitive evidence shows that the concept of freedom according to the capitalist ideology destroys the societies and does not build them. The official war carried out by the authorities of the State gives the impression that the problem had been resolved, but in fact that is not true, most likely it has worsened.

Society needs a strong protection from the evil capitalist ideology and concepts, and an example of this is what is mentioned above; this indicates that Islam alone is capable of solving the problems of the modern world and providing a decent life for all mankind. The Prophet (saw) said:

»مَثَلُ القَائِم فً حُدُودِ اللَّه والْىَاقِع فٍها، كَمثل قَىمٍ اسْتَهَمىا علّى سَفٍِىَةٍ، فَأَصابَ بَعْضُهم أعْلاهَا، وبعضُهم أَسْفلَّهَا، فكان الري فً أَسفلّها إذا استَقَىْا مه الماء مَسُوا علّى مَهْ فَىقَهمْ، فقالىا: لى أوا خَسَقْىا فً وَصٍِبِىَا خَسقا ولَمْوُؤذِ مَهْ فَىقَىا؟ فئن تَسَكُىهُمْ وما أَزَادوا هَلَّكىا وهلّكىا جَمٍعا، وإنْ أخرُوا علّى أٌدٌِهِمْ وَجَىْا ووَجَىْا جَمٍعا«[رواه البخاري عه النعمان به بشير.]

"The example of those who maintain Allah's limits (hudood) and those who surpass them is like the example of those who share a boat. Some would occupy its upper deck and some its lower deck.
