Abolition of Shariah Rules from the Constitution and Laws in Sudan
is Tantamount to declaring War on the Rules of the Lord of the Worlds!

The Sudanese Minister of State in the Ministry of Justice, Tahani Tour Al-Daba, briefed the US Foreign Affairs Officer for International Religious Freedom (Ian Turner), on Tuesday of the government’s efforts to amend articles of the Penal Code to comply with the constitution and international conventions, including the article dealing with non-modest dress code, in the Penal Code, and Article 8 on religious and worship rights. (Wednesday newspapers on 24/5/2017).

How long will the submissive humiliating concessions continue from the Government of Sudan and how long will the government continue to remove some of the Shariah rules, stipulated in some laws, to appease the colonizing Kuffar? And what is the reason for amending the Shariah rules? Is it because the government sees the inability of these rules to address the people’s problems?! Or does it see that the laws of the West and its international conventions are better than the rules of Allah the Exalted, the Wise? Did the Muslims in Sudan reject or complain of the rulings of their Lord, for the government to change them to satisfy them? Or is the change and amendment are a sacrifice offering, which the government uses to draw closer to win America’s pleasure?

These bold and humiliating moves by the Government of Sudan to replace the Shariah rules of the Lord of the World with the Kaffir laws reveal to the people the line taken by the government, after it removed the remaining slogans of Islam and its rules. This shows clearly the reality of their open secular direction. And this is in line with the American project in the war on Islam. The independent expert of the United Nations, who said, confirms this: “The government responded to 180 law and legislative recommendations out of a total of 244 recommendations.” He added, “Parliament promised to further amend laws and regulations to comply with international laws” i.e. the Kufr laws. The International laws which refuse the implementation of the Shariah laws, such as the Hudood law of lashing the fornicator, the stoning of the adulterer, apostasy, the Harabah (highway robbery), and other Shariah Hudood (punishments).

According to Human Rights Watch, dated 31 May 2012, under the title: "The death penalty of stoning should be abolished in Sudan," Daniel Bekele, Senior Director for Africa Advocacy, at Human Rights Watch, was quoted as saying: "No one should be stoned to death. Sudan must immediately amend its discriminatory laws and abolish the death penalty and all corporal punishments, which violate its obligations under the international conventions that it has promised to respect”.

Such events are evidence added to the evidences presented by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan to the Muslims on the progress of the government in the direction of open secularism, and they should be sure that the laws of their Deen will only be implemented under the righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method of Prophethood. Let the people of power and protection give their support to Hizb ut Tahrir, so that a man from this great Ummah will be given pledge of allegiance to establish its Deen, and to please its Lord, and follow the way of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.  Allah (swt) says:

﴿فَلاَ وَرَبِّكَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىَ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ يَجِدُواْ فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُواْ تَسْلِيمًا﴾

“But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission” [An-Nisa’: 65]
