Security Forces Arrested the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah of Sudan from his Home and Two Other Members of the Party During the Distribution of a Leaflet Issued by the Party
(Translated)

After the Friday prayer, on 05/01/2018, the security forces arrested Sheikh Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), the official spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Sudan; he was arrested from his house. This took place after he led the Friday prayer at Az-Zahra’ Mosque. He is in detention at the time of writing this press release! The Security Forces also arrested two members of the party, brothers: Mohammad Ahmad and Az--Zain Al-Awad, while distributing a leaflet issued by the party in the Wilayah of Sudan after Friday prayers.

The government is still pursuing the policy of the “Lizard’s hole”; it is doing its utmost to satisfy the Kaffir West and to obey to its colonial arms. This is why the government published its budget for 2018, based on the International Monetary Fund’s recommendation, to mortgage the country's fortunes to pay the interest of riba-based loans!

By undertaking the Shariah Duty of bringing the change on the basis of Islam, dictated by the Islamic creed, Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan distributed on 05/01/2018 after the Friday prayer outside the mosques of the capital and the various cities of Sudan a leaflet titled "The General Budget: More Poverty and a Life of Misery and Hardship". And the warning signs of hardship have begun by the increase of the price of bread by 100% since dawn, today!

The recommendation of the International Monetary Fund is the igniter that sparks the revolutions of the hungry, and the demonstrations are an expression of the people's rejection of injustice. Those who understand the ABCs of politics understand this. The attempts of the government and its security apparatus to obstruct the wheels of the process of change or the Ummah’s rejection of injustice are all failed. This was the case throughout history, and still is, Allah (swt) says:

(وَالَّذِينَ يَمْكُرُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَكْرُ أُولَئِكَ هُوَ يَبُورُ)

“But they who plot evil deeds will have a severe punishment, and the plotting of those - it will perish” [Fatir: 10]

O corrupted and corrupting rulers in the land, release the sincere from detention, come back to your senses, and repent to your Creator, return to the ranks of your Ummah, support the sincere who are able to implement Islam, and end the influence of the Kafir West. In this is the glory of this world and the Hereafter.

The dawn of change on the basis of Islam is coming; it will organize this universe, and cleanses it from the abomination of the riba dealers, the capitalists, and their agents, the rulers of Muslims who made the people suffer in poverty, a miserable life and hardship.

Hizb ut Tahrir is continuing its work of change on the basis of Islam, mobilizing the ranks, revealing the facts and giving awareness to its great Ummah, anticipating life where the law of Islam is applied. It is not harmed by the schemes of the schemers and their plots, nor the disappointments by the hypocrites who sold their Deen for a cheap worldly offer.

{ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ}

“And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned” [As-Shu’ara: 227]
