The Advocates of the Initiative ‘The Call of the Free Sons of the Country for the Unity of Sudan’ Were Hosted by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan hosted the advocates of the initiative: The Call of the Free Sons of the Country for the Unity of Sudan. They are a group of leaders from Southern Sudan, headed by Ustadh Makim Agor, the initiative’s president, accompanied by Ustadh Gibreel Dow, the initiative’s vice-president, and Ustadh Adam Tiab, Executive Secretary. They were received on Thursday 9/3/2022, at the Office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan in Khartoum, by Ustadh Abdullah Hussein, Coordinator of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, and Ustadh Abdul Qadir Abdul Rahman, Member of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan.

The advocates of the initiative explained their project as being based on the unification of the state of South Sudan with Sudan, since the separation was a disaster for the people of the south, which was ignited by civil wars, and that the separation was a lie of the colonial West, and that they warn the rest of the regions of Sudan against the lie of the right to self-determination, and to take heed and learn the lesson from what happened to South Sudan.

Then Ustadh Abdullah Hussein, Coordinator of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, spoke and said that separating the south was a major conspiracy planned by the kafir colonial West, especially America and Hizb ut Tahrir was the warner that demonstrated the seriousness of this matter that leads to a catastrophe that befalls both Sudan and its south. What Hizb ut Tahrir warned of happened. Indeed, the party carried out huge activities such as marches, and collecting millions of signatures, rejecting the secession of the south.

Then he explained to the initiative delegation that unity can only be on the basis of Islam, and that Hizb ut Tahrir seeks to unite the Muslim countries in the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) State on the method of the Prophethood. It is the only entity that takes care of people’s affairs with the rules of Islam, preserves the unity of the Ummah’s entity and protects it from division and fragmentation.
