In a press statement by US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller on 26/10/ 2023, it was stated: “The Troika (Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States) welcomes this week’s meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia of a broad group of Sudanese civilian actors and stakeholders as an important step towards the formation of an inclusive and representative pro-democracy civilian front.”

The Troika, and other colonial kafir states, are the cause of calamity and devastation in Sudan. O Sudanese politicians, parties, groups, and its vital forces, come to your senses, repent to your Creator, turn away from your wrongdoing. What has befallen us as a result of your reliance on the kafir colonialists, America and others, is enough.

The fighting and destruction we are in today, which has torched trees and stones, is the result of the implementation of their unjust regimes and their murderous prescriptions, which was the cause of bloodshed, the desecration of honour, the plundering of public and private property, and the displacement of the safe (citizens). You are Muslims, sons of Muslims, your duty requires you to make the Islamic Aqeedah (creed) the basis for ruling the country and people, and stopping injustices, not the doctrine of separating religion from life, which has paralyzed us for decades and made us slaves to the colonial kafir West.

Hizb ut Tahrir calls on you to work with it in order to establish the state of truth and justice, the second Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, by which you will please your Lord, and by which you will make your Ummah happy.

﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا للهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ﴾
