The Arrest of our Brother Al-Munawar will Not Change the Reality of the Absurd War in Sudan
(Translated)

Yesterday morning, Tuesday, 19 Rabi` al-Akhir 1446 AH corresponding to 22/10/2024 CE, the security agency arrested Brother Al-Munawar Dafallah Mustafa, a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, from his home in Al-Sharif Al-Aqab neighborhood in the city of Al-Qadarif, on the grounds of a discussion in a WhatsApp group, where Brother Munawar explained the reality of the war taking place in Sudan, that it is a conflict between the two poles of colonialism; America and Britain, and that the leaders of the army and the leaders of the Rapid Support Forces are both agents of America, while the Forces of Freedom and Change and the movements of the so-called armed struggle are agents of Britain. This fact did not please one of the group members, and it seems that he is one of the regime’s spies, so he threatened Brother Munawar through an audio clip, and when Munawar did not respond to the threat, they arrested him, thinking that by doing so they could silence the voice of truth. They were disappointed and lost!

This behavior of the henchmen of the regime confirms that this regime, which is an extension of the systems of injustice and oppression, has not learned from its predecessors who practiced oppression, arrest, and torture against the dawah carriers of Hizb ut Tahrir members. This only increased their belief in the truth that they proclaim, and exposed the agency of these rulers to the Kafir (infidel) colonialist West, and clarified the need of the Ummah to be liberated from colonialism, which can only be achieved by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood; the legitimate way to implement the teachings of Islam and carry it to the world. Hizb ut Tahrir and its members will remain steadfast like mountains in the face of the colonizer and its insider tools like agents, misleaders, and deceived people. Tomorrow, Allah willing, the veils will be lifted and the curtain will be removed, and people will see the truth clearly like the sun at high noon. Then they will know that if they had been aware of the truth of what is being plotted against them, they would not have remained in such humiliation!

Members of Hizb ut Tahrir will continue to proclaim the truth until you return to your senses and repent to Allah, or what has befallen the oppressors throughout the ages befalls you.

What our brother Al-Munawar did, may Allah reward him and release him from arrest, is one of the most noble righteous deeds. It is the act of the prophets and messengers, the bearers of the call of the Lord of the Worlds. So fear Allah and release Al-Munawar immediately, and do not be among those who hinder others from the Way of Allah, striving to make it appear crooked! Allah Almighty says:

[الَّذِينَ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الآخِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجاً أُوْلَـئِكَ فِي ضَلاَلٍ بَعِيدٍ]

“˹They are˺ the ones who favor the life of this world over the Hereafter and hinder ˹others˺ from the Way of Allah, striving to make it ˹appear˺ crooked. It is they who have gone far astray.”

[وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ]

“The wrongdoers will come to know what ˹evil˺ end they will meet”
