Dr. Zuhair Abdul Rahman Visits Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan

On Monday, November 25, 2024, Dr. Zuhair Abdul Rahman, a media professional and economic expert, visited the office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan in Port Sudan. During his visit, he met with Ustaadh Nasser Ridha, Head of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb utTahrir in Wilayah Sudan, and Ustaadh Muhammad Jama’ (Abu Ayman), Assistant Official Spokesman of the party in Wilayah Sudan.

The meeting discussed the role of media in the lives of Muslims and how it can be utilized to present content that contributes to the rise of the Ummah and enlightens it about its crucial issue: resuming life based on Islam by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood, while countering Western media campaigns. The discussion also addressed the capability of the Islamic economic system to solve the global economic crises, including those facing Sudan. Ust. Nasser explained that the party has a distinctive intellectual and economic vision derived from Shari’ah evidence, which will be implemented, bi’thinallah, in the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) State on the method of the Prophethood.

At the end of the visit, Dr. Zuhair promised to review the party’s vision regarding economic ideas and rulings and to engage in discussions about them, bi’thinallah.
