Security Services Still Holds Akram Sa'ad from the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan in Custody!
(Translated)

The National Intelligence and Security Services have released the remaining Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir that they had arrested, after one week in custody. Meanwhile the Shab Akram Sa'ad al-Hussain is still in custody; he is a student of University of Sudan for Science and Technology-Faculty of Computer Science. He was arrested following the distribution of a leaflet by the Hizb exposing the deception of the regime in its claim that it subsidises fuel; on Wednesday 18 Dhul Qi'ddah1434 AH, 25/9/2013.

Until the time of writing this press release, the Shab Akram is still detained without a charge put forward against him and without a trial.

What Akram carried out is one of the most sublime and honourable actions to Allah (swt). It is the action of the Noble Prophets and Companions of enjoining the good and forbidding the Evil. This is why Allah (swt) made this Ummah the best Nation brought to mankind, Allah (swt) says:

(كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ)

"You the best Nation produced [as an example] to mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and you believe in Allah" [Al-Imran: 110]

The Shab Akram, by the permission of Allah, will be honoured by Allah.

How is it that someone who carries a Shar' obligation gets punished and thrown into prison?

We in Hizb ut Tahrir/Wilayah of Sudan, warn the regime of the consequences of obstructing the way of Allah and stopping the carriers of liwaa' ul Haqq [banner of truth] of proclaiming it and carry out the enjoining of good and forbidding of evil. We remind them- if they are able to comprehend- of the saying of Allah ‘Azza wa Jal:

(وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُبِينًا)

" And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly born upon themselves a slander and manifest sin" [Al-Ahzab: 58]

Also His saying:

(الَّذِينَ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا عَلَى الآخِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًاأُولَئِكَ فِي ضَلالٍ بَعِيدٍ)

"The ones who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter and avert [people] from the way of Allah, seeking to make it (seem) deviant. Those are in extreme error." [Ibrahim: 3]

We say to them, i.e. to the government, that however long is the arrest for it will not prevent the ٍShabab of Hizb ut Tahrir from proceeding forth in the path to revive the Islamic Ummah upon the basis of the Islamic creed, and to expose those who follow the misguidance of Capitalism and answer to the commands of the IMF(International Monetary Fund) and World Bank, and no matter are  the sacrifices it takes, until  Allah (swt) fulfils His promise of victory and authority for his sincere slaves.

Allah (swt) says:

(إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الأَشْهَاد)

"Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand" [Ghafir: 51]

Then, the economic life will return to the guidance of Islam and its rules; no, but to all aspects of life. The oppressive rule will depart with its system and its people, and the Khilafah "Caliphate" ar-Rashida will return upon the method of the Prophethood, where Islam and its people who enjoin the good and forbid the evil not fearing anyone but Allah, will gain the Glory; and the Kuffar and their henchmen from the evil rulers who accepted to be their agents and implement their plots shall be humiliated.  And then, the wrong doers will see to which return they will be returned.
