Only the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will Uproot the Roots of Western Colonialism from Our Lands

At the invitation of the British Ambassador, Kumar Iyer, along with Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Norway, the United Nations Human Rights Council held a session on Friday, 14/11/2025, regarding the violations in the city of El-Fasher. The Council unanimously adopted a resolution mandating the Independent Fact-Finding Mission, which the Council had established on 11/10/2023, to investigate the violations committed in the city, where the Council ordered it to identify all those involved, to assist in bringing them to justice. And as a continuation of its approach rejecting this mission since its formation, the Minister of Justice, Abdullah Darf, announced in an interview with the investigator news website yesterday, Sunday 16/11/2025, that "Sudan rejects referring the investigation into the crimes of the Rapid Support Forces in Al-Fashir to the Fact-Finding Committee."

The ongoing conflict in Sudan is one of the episodes of the Western colonial conflict, between the old colonial disbeliever, Britain along with Europe on one side, and the new colonialist, America, on the other side, each with its local, regional, and international tools. The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Turk, referred to this conflict, where he said in the mentioned Council session: “Sudan is under the weight of a proxy conflict over its natural resources and goods, which includes many states inside the region and outside it.”

Against the backdrop of the fall of El-Fasher, which formed a strong blow to Britain’s military influence represented in the joint forces, Britain’s agents became active, using a huge media machine supported by prominent satellite channels, in promoting propaganda against the crimes of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), accompanied by the activation of all British and European agents in international organizations, especially United Nations agencies. They all became active in the file of what is called human rights, highlighting the crimes of the RSF which are the most important tool relied upon by American policy in Darfur, in order to criminalize them, weaken them, and remove them from the equation of international conflict. Therefore, the movement of the Human Rights Council, which is a pure tool of European, especially British, policy in the arena of international conflict, came particularly after the American President Donald Trump signed, on the evening of Tuesday 04/02/2025, a presidential decree ordering his country’s withdrawal from the United Nations Human Rights Council. And in order to obstruct the movement of Britain’s agents and those with them, America instructed the Sudanese government to reject the Fact-Finding Committee, and instructed the RSF to accept the committee so that they strengthen their position in facing accusations, so the storm would pass with the least losses for America.

Then America did not stop at that, but its Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, issued strong statements against the RSF, which made the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs cheer. Rubio said in a press conference held at Hamilton Airport in Canada on 12/11/2025, and according to the translation of the official website of the American government, the text of his speech is: “And when you raise the issue of these atrocities, they the RSF—always use the excuse that these are rogue elements. Well, they are not rogue elements. They are doing this systematically, and this is something we take seriously, and we do our best to persuade the concerned countries to sit at the negotiation table to stop it.” Although he described the crimes committed by the Rapid Support Forces against civilians as systematic, and not merely deviations by rogue individuals, he did not move in the direction of criminalizing them; rather he asked the countries supporting them to stop it! This is the habit of America, the reservoir of evils: when the crimes of its agents become exposed, it adopts the condemnation of their crimes in order to take hold of the criminalization file, then throw it in the trash bin. And likewise do the colonial disbelievers: where are the files of Sisi’s crimes in Rabaa?! And where is the file of Bashar’s use of chemical weapons in the Ghouta of Damascus and other cities?! And where are the crimes of Muhammad bin Salman in cutting up the journalist Khashoggi in the consulate in Turkey?!

It is truly unfortunate that our country has become an arena for international conflict over influence between America and Europe, especially Britain. They trade with the blood of our people and their honour. They are one nation in enmity, not wanting good for Muslims in any place or time. Allah Almighty said:

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا بِطَانَةً مِّن دُونِكُمْ لَا يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالاً وَدُّوا مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ]

“O you who have believed, do not take as intimates those other than yourselves, for they will not spare you [any] ruin. They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the verses, if you should use reason.” [Surat Aal-i-Imran: 190].

The colonial disbelievers (kuffar) do not care about the killing of Muslims, nor do they care about violating their honour.

Muslims have lost the guardian, so the capitalist wolves violated their sanctities, and nothing will deliver us from this tragedy except giving the support (nusrah) to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) upon the Method of Prophethood, which will cut off the disbelievers from our lands, prevent their interference in our affairs, and stop their trading with our blood and honour.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ]

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.” [Surat Al-Anfal:24]
