Another Reply to the Writer of the Article (Hizb ut Tahrir and the Islamic Khilafah)
(Translated)

Mr. Babker Faisal Babker continued speaking of Hizb ut Tahrir in a new article entitled "Hizb ut Tahrir and the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate"" (2-2) attacking it without knowledge or guidance or clear text through a second article in your respected newspaper (As-Sudani "The Sudanese") issue number (3135) on Thursday, 23 Dhul Qiddah, 1435 AH corresponding to September 18, 2014 CE. Even though we have responded to him in an article published in your newspaper on Friday, 17 Dhul Qiddah, 1435 AH, corresponding to September 12, 2014 CE, it seems that the writer did not read the reply, and continued his article with the same approach by attacking Hizb ut Tahrir.
Hence we thankfully and kindly request that you post the following response to what is stated in his article:

First: The writer repeatedly said that we do not have a specific vision of how to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate", only this time he added that we are falsifying history by a bias approach that does not reflect the true nature of the practices that took place under the specified Khilafah "Caliphate".

As for the point that we do not have a specific vision on how to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate", we have clearly explained this in our former response, and we made it clear that the party has a complete vision of the state, politics, economy, etc., and it has a draft constitution for the state, which it seeks with the Ummah and by it to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" in order to resume the Islamic way of life and it - i.e. the response - includes enough to answer this point and we do not wish to be repetitive.

As for his point that we are falsifying history, we do not know where did he come across us doing so? Our question to the writer is: through which lens do you view the history of the Islamic Ummah? It is clear from the approach of your thinking that you view the history of the Ummah and the Khilafah "Caliphate" through the lens of the infidel West which is hateful towards Islam and the Muslims. We praise Allah (swt) that the Ummah knows, generation after generation, the justice of the Khilafah "Caliphate" and the Khulafaa' and the pride of the Ummah and its glory under the Khilafah "Caliphate". The very mention of Khilafah "Caliphate" reminds people of the justice of Al-Farouk may Allah be pleased with him, the justice of Omar bin Abdul Aziz may Allah be pleased with him, and the chivalry of Al Mutassim and of Muhammad Al-Fatih, the Conqueror Constantinople.

Second: Seeking the Nusra (support) is not a permissible style that you can take it or leave it, but it is from the rules of the method, as it is a Shariah ruling which is obligatory and must be adhered to and followed. It is the Shariah methodology for the establishment of the Islamic state; the Prophet (saw) despite having faced difficulties in the matter of seeking the Nusra (support), he did not change nor switch it, and remained firm on this matter, which confirms that it is an obligatory Shariah rule. He (saw) was asked by the Mother of Believers, Aisha (ra), about the toughest day of his life, thinking it was the day of Uhud; she (ra) said, "Did you experience a day tougher on you than the day of Uhud?" He (saw) said to her (ra):

«لَقَدْ لَقِيتُ مِنْ قَوْمِكِ مَا لَقِيتُ وَكَانَ أَشَدَّ مَا لَقِيتُ مِنْهُمْ يَوْمَ الْعَقَبَةِ إِذْ عَرَضْتُ نَفْسِي عَلَى ابْنِ عَبْدِ يَالِيلَ بْنِ عَبْدِ كُلالٍ فَلَمْ يُجِبْنِي إِلَى مَا أَرَدْتُ فَانْطَلَقْتُ وَأَنَا مَهْمُومٌ عَلَى وَجْهِي فَلَمْ أَسْتَفِقْ إِلا وَأَنَا بِقَرْنِ الثَّعَالِبِ فَرَفَعْتُ رَأْسِي فَإِذَا أَنَا بِسَحَابَةٍ قَدْ أَظَلَّتْنِي فَنَظَرْتُ فَإِذَا فِيهَا جِبْرِيلُ فَنَادَانِي فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ سَمِعَ قَوْلَ قَوْمِكَ لَكَ وَمَا رَدُّوا عَلَيْكَ وَقَدْ بَعَثَ إِلَيْكَ مَلَكَ الْجِبَالِ لِتَأْمُرَهُ بِمَا شِئْتَ فِيهِمْ فَنَادَانِي مَلَكُ الْجِبَالِ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيَّ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ فَقَالَ ذَلِكَ فِيمَا شِئْتَ إِنْ شِئْتَ أَنْ أُطْبِقَ عَلَيْهِمْ الْأَخْشَبَيْنِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَلْ أَرْجُو أَنْ يُخْرِجَ اللَّهُ مِنْ أَصْلابِهِمْ مَنْ يَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ وَحْدَهُ لا يُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا» رواه البخاري.

"I have suffered greatly from your people, the most that I received from them was on Aqaba as I introduced myself to Ibn Abd Yalil bin Abd Kulal but he did not answer to what I wanted, so I left overburdened, my head was lowered to the ground and I did not become aware only when I reached the Tha'alib Horn, there I raised my head, a cloud covered my head as I looked and saw Jibril there, he called me and said to me: ‘Allah (swt) has heard the words of your people to you and their response to you and has sent to you the Angel of the Mountains so that you order him with whatever you want. The Angel of the Mountain called me and greeted me and then said, 'O Muhammad, this is for whatever you wish, if you wish I can squash them between the mountains, the Prophet (saw) said, ‘Rather I hope that Allah (swt) will create from their kin people who worship Allah (swt) alone and not associate anything with Him". (Narrated by Bukhari)

As for the writer's wager on the army and the tribe, stating that it is a lost wager, and that it is political naivety, and until the point where he says that the armies and tribes in the Arab and Muslim lands are power thirsty, and the tribes are fighting for the sake of their children's benefit ... etc. This demonstrates the superficial thinking of the writer, because these descriptions are descriptions of the reality, and the party when asking for the Nusra it does not do so haphazardly, but only after the one who gives the Nusra is convinced with the idea, and those who are convinced of it embody the idea, and we do not want to elaborate too long on this. The Seera of the Prophet (saw) and those who gave him the Nusra, even though they were previously in conflict and were fighting, clearly shows how Islamic thinking based on the Islamic creed is able to change people's thoughts and concepts. For example, Aws and Khazraj who gave the Nusra to the establishment of the state in the city and did not share power with the Prophet (saw), and did not ask anything for themselves, so it was clear, as they asked the Prophet (saw), "What do we get in return for giving you the Nusra?" He (saw) said to them, "Jannah." They said: "Stretch out your hand so that we give you Bayah." The Seera of the Prophet (saw) shows that the Prophet (saw) rejected the Nusra from those who demanded and made it conditional that they take the rule after him.

Third: The writer said... the matter of the Dawah is understood and continues until the Day of Resurrection in the presence or absence of the Khilafah "Caliphate", but what is not understood is Jihad ... etc. We do not know if the writer is or is not aware that the only Shariah method to spread Islam is by Dawah and Jihad? As for the obligation of paying the Jizya tax, it is also a Shariah ruling and not stated by Hizb ut Tahrir or Abu Khalil, and when the Khilafah "Caliphate" is established it will undertake this Shariah obligation, because the work of the Islamic State in its origin is to carry Islam via Dawah and Jihad even if it is necessary to fight,. Jihad, my dear brother, is the pinnacle of Islam, it delivers the glory of the Ummah, and abandoning it delivers humiliation, as is happening today,

«لا يدع قوم الجهاد فى سبيل الله إلا ضربهم الله بالذل»

"If people abandon Jihad for the sake of Allah, Allah will let humiliation befall them."

So why are you afraid of fighting, doesn't America, the mother of democracies, fight today in various parts of the world in order to propagate its ideology, which it has succeeded in finding from among the sons of the Muslims those who defend it and call for it consciously or unconsciously. Here we come to your issue Babker (democracy) that you consider that it is the best system known to mankind, it is in your opinion better than the Khilafah "Caliphate" that rules with what Allah (swt) has revealed, the Khilafah "Caliphate" that guards the Deen and governs the people with the laws of the Lord of the Worlds (swt), in your opinion democracy, the system of the Kuffar, is better!

I stress on the word Kuffar, as when Hizb ut Tahrir said that the democratic system is a system of Kufr and is prohibited to take it, apply it or call for it, it did not say this out of desire, but out of knowledge. The Hizb studied its reality deeply and in an enlightened study, and then passed Allah's (swt) Judgment on it after studying the detailed evidence. As for the booklet that you mentioned: Democracy is a System of Kufr; it is prohibited to take or apply or call for it, I do not think you read it with the conscious thinking of a true believer, otherwise why didn't you show us what's wrong in this booklet from an Islamic viewpoint? Is the evidence inapplicable to the reality of democracy? Or were we incapable of explaining the reality as it is?

As for the formation of the discussion as such without explaining what is wrong in the statement, as if we came with evil and falsehood, and as if all Muslims follow your opinion, it is a fantasy and true distortion. We will give you enough time to respond to this booklet, and say that democracy is from Islam and is not incompatible with it, while you support your words with Shariah evidence. We will not accept words without evidence, nor an opinion not based on the doctrine of the Ummah.

Fourth: As for his point regarding the alienation from the era and reality, the writer should first speak about himself regarding this lie, for he lives in alienation more than the alienation of the ones he has described. He lives an intellectual alienation where he believes in a creed, and takes his views and the systems from another creed, and is even hostile to the thoughts, concepts and systems of the ideology that he believes in, and takes the forged history written by Orientalists who are spiteful to Islam and the Khilafah "Caliphate", which was the flower of the world and the honor of Muslims. As for us, we are not aliens to the reality; we live in this reality, and the difference between us and you is that you make this reality the source of your thinking, and you take your solutions from it. However, for us reality is the subject of thinking and change through the great ideology; the ideology of Islam which is fit for every time and place, and there is no reality or issue that has no rule in Islam. Allah Azza Wa Jal says:

(وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ تِبْيَانًا لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ)

"And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims" [Al-Nahl: 89]

And He (swt) says:

(الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا)

"This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as a religion." [Al-Ma'ida: 3]

Fifth: We do not paint a rosy or ideal picture for the Khilafah "Caliphate", but we explain its rules, principles, systems and institutions, and the executers are human beings who can be correct and make mistakes. However, the error compared with the contemporary legal systems is nothing, as the Ummah accounts, monitors and sets issues straight, and the sincere scholars explain the truth and direct the rulers and public towards it. The Khilafah "Caliphate" will return in spite of the Kufr West and its cronies, since it is Allah's (swt) promise:

(وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا)

"Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security" [An-Nur: 55]

It is also the glad-tiding of the Prophet (saw):

«تَكُونُ النُّبُوَّةُ فِيكُمْ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا عَاضًّا فَيَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكًا جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ ثُمَّ سَكَتَ».

"The Prophethood will last among you for as long as Allah wills, then Allah would take it away. Then it will be (followed by) a Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashida (rightly guided) according to the ways of the Prophethood. It will remain for as long as Allah wills, then Allah would take it away. Afterwards there will be a hereditary leadership, which will remain for as long as Allah wills, and then He will lift it if He wishes. Afterwards, there will be biting oppression, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be a Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashida according to the ways of the Prophethood." Then he remained silent.

Finally, we ask Allah (swt) to guide us and the writer and all the Muslims, and that He (swt) guides us to our senses and illuminates our path, for He (swt) is in control of the matter and is able to fulfill it.
