Community Dialogue is Void if Not based on Allah's Law Community Dialogue: Solutions from Taghut Regimes that will not Improve the People of Sudan but Misery!!
(Translated)

Within the so-called National Dialogue initiated by President al-Bashir at the beginning of this year, through a presidential decree, national committees for community dialogue were formed to complement the comprehensive National Dialogue. The chairwoman of the Community Forces Committee in the community dialogue committees of the Sudanese Center for Media Services, Tabita Boutros, explained that the Community Dialogue committees will lead to intensive meetings with civil society sectors. She added, "The Dialogue includes: the civil administration, the Sufi orders, student, youth and women unions, and the owners of artistic creativity, in order to take their vision, carry it to the Presidency and discuss it within the National Dialogue agenda". She also pointed out that the Community Dialogue committees will discuss three main issues: social peace, identity, and people's living.

It is indisputable that the meanings and connotations of the concept of Community Dialogue refer to the importance of the principle of community participation in decision-making so that everyone is to express views in the formulation of solutions to the problems of the country as they claim. This is a concentration of solutions of the country's problems from the brainchild of humans; the rule of Taghut (non-Islamic authority), and this is what brought the country to the swamp which its smell filled the noses. Thus fighting, tribalism, regionalism, poverty, illiteracy, disease, corruption and political failure, are not stated except, Sudan being perched at the top of its list. This is what the Kuffar want; to replace the law of the Lord Almighty with the law of Taghut, this is why they supported and endorsed this dialogue. The British Ambassador in Khartoum Peter Tibber affirmed his country's willingness to support Sudan to achieve the agenda announced by the President of the Republic on the national dialogue. He added, "We do what we can to support that dialogue." (Sudan News Agency 15/11/2014). Earlier, US Envoy Donald Booth confirmed that the countries of the Troika welcomed the initiative of the dialogue. (Alyoum Altali Newspaper 11/11/2014 CE).

We in the Women's Section of Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Sudan, warn all sectors in Sudan from engaging into one of the greatest sins, which is replacing Allah's Law; the Mercy sent to the worlds, with whims of human beings. Ibn Alqayyim (Rahimahu Allah) mentioned whoever refers legislation to other than what came from the Messenger of Allah (saw) then he has ruled by the Taghut and has referred to him, while the Almighty has ordered us to avoid the Taghut, He (swt) says:

(وَالَّذِينَ اجْتَنَبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ أَنْ يَعْبُدُوهَا وَأَنَابُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فَبَشِّرْ عِبَادِ)

"But those who have avoided Taghut, lest they worship it, and turned back to Allah - for them are good tidings. So give good tidings to My servants" [Az-Zumar: 17].

The so-called Community Dialogue is essentially a strengthening of the existing regime, and a political bidding under the banner of involving scientists and thinkers.

We call on everyone with vision and insight in Sudan; scientists, intellectuals and politicians to lift from themselves this great sin and to head for the real treatment that they know it more than others; the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (saw); A solution which ends bloodshed and gathers everyone in the pot of Islam. And we will be shaded by security and safety under the shades of the Khilafah "Caliphate" Ar-Rashida on the method of the Prophethood which will put an end to all the problems in the community by the solutions from our Lord, the Knowing and Acquainted with all things.

(وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ ولا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ ۖ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَن يُصِيبَهُم بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ ۗ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ * أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْمًا لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ )

"And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away - then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient. Then is it the judgment of [the time of] ignorance they desire? But who is better than Allah in judgment for a people who are certain [in faith]". [Al-Ma'ida: 49-50]
