Military Council in the City of Ma'arat al-Nu'man
Lines up Behind the Tyrants in its War against Hizb ut Tahrir
(Translated)

After several attempts by the military council in the city of Ma'arat al-Nu'man to prevent the activity of Hizb ut Tahrir, the last of which was the arrest of Engineer Radwan al-Kholy, Eastern Ghouta evacuee, after Sheikh Faisal Balani summoned the city’s security which attacked the engineer and arrested him while distributing a statement issued by the Hizb entitled "Khilafah is an Obligation before and after the Revolutions”. After that, the military council in the city of Ma'arat al-Nu'man issued a statement on 13/6/2018 prohibiting the distribution of any paperwork, leaflets or pamphlets of Hizb ut Tahrir in the city of Ma'arat al-Nu'man, thus, it followed the approach of the tyrants in their war against the Hizb and its thoughts which are derived from the Islamic Aqeedah, which call for the arbitration of the law of Allah Almighty through the establishment of the second Khilafah (Caliphate) – the crown of obligations - which the Messenger of Allah (saw) promised its return.

This is the approach of the weak, bankrupt, and the tyrannical oppressors when they are unable to face the argument with an argument thus, they resort to silencing, repression, prosecution and arrest, while they claim to have revolted against injustice and tyranny. Not only that, but they practice the acts of the ISIS organization, which prevented the Hizb’s activity in its regions, arrested some of the Shabab of the Hizb and eliminated one of them,

(أَلَا سَاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونْ)

“Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear.” [An-Nahl: 25].

O Muslims in Ash-Sham the Abode of Islam:

Hizb ut Tahrir’s thoughts have become known to everyone; for it has called for and continues to call for unity on a project that pleases Allah Almighty, to head towards overthrowing the regime in its abode and establish the law of Allah in its place. It also called for stopping factional fighting; and warned of the truces and negotiations and of the dirty political money and the treacherous conferences, and the reality has proved the truth of what the Hizb called for and warned of. However, some were unable to absorb ideas contrary to the orientations of their masters, so they opted to be spearhead in the war against the Hizb and its thoughts.

This is a tangible evidence of the influence of the Hizb, which they have long tried to belittle it, and the Hizb was the only one firm on its thoughts.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Syria confirm that these repressive practices exercised by some of the beneficiaries of the dirty political money will not prevent us from pursuing our call to arbitrate the law of Allah (swt). Neither the tyrant of Ash-Sham the father nor the tyrant the son nor the other tyrants have succeeded in preventing the Hizb from exercising its duties imposed by the Lord of Glory, the Exalted in His Highness.

(وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِيْنَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلُبٍ يَنْقَلِبُون)

“And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.” [Ash-Shu’ara: 227]
