The Syrian Observatory revealed that a meeting was held between officers from Russian and Turkish intelligence in the village of Tarnaba, west of Saraqib city. The Observatory added that the meeting focused on the situation in Idlib, reducing tension, and working to open international and commercial routes. This meeting was preceded by previous meetings between the two sides, in addition to Turkish meetings with opposition factions, as reported by the Observatory.

The 22nd round of the Astana Track meetings on the Syrian file began in the Kazakh capital, Astana, on Monday, November 11, with the participation of delegations from Turkey, Russia and Iran, in addition to representatives of the criminal regime and the domesticated "opposition" and representatives of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Red Cross, and observers from Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq, under the pretext of finding a solution to the Syrian "crisis", confidence-building measures between the parties, reconstruction and the return of Syrians to their country.

Conferences, meetings and conspiracies; their main focus is to end the revolution and return it to the bosom of the regime, plans bearing the title of wasting the great sacrifices made by the revolution, their goal is to restore legitimacy to the tyrant of Damascus; new steps are being taken by the conspirators and their tools to implement the poisoned “American political solution” represented by Resolution 2254.

O Muslims in ash-Sham, the Abode of Dar ul-Islam: Your silence today about the described sale process that is being carried out with premeditation and deliberation by the conspirators is political suicide that may contribute to ending your revolution. Since the revolution's decision was stolen and confiscated, the revolution has been moving from one plot to another more dangerous than the previous one, and perhaps this plot is the most dangerous, especially since continuing with it will result in returning to the bosom of the criminal regime. You are noticing how things are going from bad to worse, from distress to distress, so be very careful not to end up in the fangs of a criminal tyrant. So, take action and regain your decision to revolutionize before it is too late.

O Revolutionaries: Listen to us, your brothers in Hizb ut Tahrir Al-Nadheer Al-Aryan (the plain warner), your brothers whose words you have experienced as true and whose vision is profound. We have no favor in this regard over you, for this is our duty and we will meet Allah with it on the Day of Judgment. We call upon you, our people, to hasten to restore your decision from those who stole it, for the countries and their tools are malicious hands that want to destroy you.

O Muslims in ash-Sham, the Abode of Dar ul-Islam: You have seen with your own eyes how all the countries conspire to eliminate your revolution and waste your sacrifices. The duty today is to disavow these countries and their deadly projects and adopt the project that contains our salvation and glory, a project emanating from our Islamic Aqeedah, through which we guarantee the pleasure of our Lord Almighty and His victory for us, Allah willing.

The only way to save the revolution is to restore the usurped decision and to walk with guidance and insight behind an honest, conscious leadership that carries the project of Islam, so that we can emerge from the confusion and loss we are in.

O Revolutionaries, O You Who Have Sacrificed and Given: Realize your revolution before it is sold, and regain your decision, for salvation is salvation, and caution is caution, Allah Almighty said:

[اسْتَعِينُوا بِاللهِ وَاصْبِرُوا إِنَّ الْأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ]

“Seek Allah’s help and be patient. Indeed, the earth belongs to Allah ˹alone˺. He grants it to whoever He chooses of His servants. The ultimate outcome belongs ˹only˺ to the righteous.” [Al-A'raf  7:128].
