O Minister! There are Solutions in the Great Islam to all Problems (Including Debt), with Honour and Dignity... So Enough with the False Challenges, and Enough with Defeat and Humiliation
(Translated)

During a public parliamentary session on Wednesday 09/01/2019, in his response to the interventions of some MPs, the Minister of Development, Investment and International Cooperation, Ziad al-Atari, called on "those who say that the government is chasing behind borrowing, let him provide solutions for the development of development projects." It appears that this is the only answer given by Ziad al-Atari and the government, which he repeated several times, including in a parliamentary session on 29/07/2018, claiming: "We have no solution other than borrowing from abroad,” adding that: “those who call for an end to external charges should present their ideas and alternatives.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia, reject every political speech that expresses psychological defeat and general frustration, deplores the Ummah and deplores its ability to liberate. We prove the following:

1- This minister's speech proves that this government has reached the stage of blindness, it misses the political vision and it is also humiliated and defeated. Anyone who hears the answers of this minister will be confused, is he a Minister in a Tunisian government or a spokesman for the international financial institutions? We see him as "more monarchical than monarchists" because these colonial institutions themselves do not deny the ability of a country to emerge from indebtedness. How can a Minister and a government’s sole policy be perpetuating dependence and indebtedness, is this how the responsible discourse is?!

2- As for the challenge posed by the minister "to those who call for the cessation of external accusations to submit their ideas and alternatives," we say enough posing false challenges, that look for solutions on the outset but are internally not prepared to accept proposals that violate the Western conditions on Tunisia; starting from an anarchist secular constitution that does not draw a path for liberation, to agreements that sell everything below and above land, as well as the sun and air...

3- We tell the Minister: Enough with false challenges that suggest that there are no solutions except those posed to you by the colonial powers. We, Hizb ut Tahrir, have offered solutions that can be implemented practically and immediately, guaranteeing the country's true liberation and guaranteeing the people of the country their authority, sovereignty and pride. These solutions stem from our great Islam; the Book of our Lord, the Most High, and the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad (saw), but you have rejected them arrogantly. And here you are, falling in your transgressions and only throwing us under the feet of a greedy, evil enemy! Are you not ashamed?? Do you not fear Allah???

Do you deny, O Minister, that in Islam, the religion and way of life sent down by Allah to His Messenger, there lies solutions to all our problems, including the economic problem?... Can you be liberated from the foreigner in general and indebtedness specifically, with solutions provided by the colonizer, devoting political and economic subordination and depriving the nation of its power and wealth?!

O Minister, O Government, Stop trying to imitate the great people, as you are not one of them, you are not befitting for leadership, so leave the matter to its own people, to those who can liberate the Ummah from her colonizer and allow it to become the leader of all nations. Leave this matter, as the Muslim people of Tunisia will not remain silent and will not accept abandonment and humiliation. They will not accept an alternative to Islam, and we warn you that time has turned around and that there is only a turn or part of a turn left, there is nothing left, except for the people of power and protection to stand in the rows of their Ummah, Deen and land until those semi-rulers fall, and the regimes of injustice disappear, and the hands of the criminal colonialist are cut off.

(وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنقَلَبٍ يَنقَلِبُونَ)

“and [trust in Allah’s promise that] those who are bent on wrong­doing will in time come to know how evil a turn their destinies are bound to take!” [Ash-Shu’araa’: 227]
