Communications Committee of the Women’s Section in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia Participates in the Tunis Forum for Gender Equality

The Communications Committee of the Women’s Section in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia participated in the three-day global forum titled "Tunis Forum for Gender Equality" organized by the Ministry of Women, Family, Childhood and the Elderly under the auspices of the UN Women and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with the participation of more than 500 political participants and representatives of international organizations and structures working in the field of women, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration launched at the World Conference on Women on 14 September 1995, and the 20th anniversary of UN Security Council Resolution 1325, raising the slogan of Women, security, peace and economic and political empowerment. The Committee participated with interventions and distributed a message entitled "Message from the Women’s Section in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia to the Tunis Gender Equality Forum".

The forum was held in closed session, while the participation was in the workshops and exhibitions that took place in the City of Culture in Tunisia as concurrent activities of the forum which was attended by political, human rights and academic personalities worldwide.

The United Nations, and beyond it, the capitalist system, has the sole aim of transforming the woman's point of view into a liberal model to serve the interests of the colonial capitalism. Today, the Tunis Forum is a continuation of the colonial process to achieve the following objectives:

- To emphasis the entry of women in the Islamic countries into the political milieu and local government under the slogan of equalization and equal opportunities for the manufacture of female political employees who are deluded and adhere to the secular culture of the West.

- Promoting women's economic empowerment so that they can live in accordance with liberal values on the one hand, and to make a cheap and easy to exploit labor force on the other hand.

- Concentrating secular concepts to strike Islamic civilization and prevent any attempt for revival.

- Presenting Tunisia as a role model for the Arab world in swallowing the poison of secularism.

Dens of parallel seminars were open to the public from 2 pm to 10 pm to educate politicians and civil society organizations about UN agendas.

There have been many discussions between women members of Hizb ut Tahrir and women personalities from European parliaments: France, Sweden, Belgium, representatives of the European Union and representatives of the various United Nations organizations in the World: America, Senegal..., deputies in the Tunisian Parliament, municipal members and advisers, activists in women's associations, Tunisian activists in anti-corruption bodies of the United Nations and the African Union, lawyers, judges and active personalities in the political arena in Tunisia and the world.

Most of the debates reflected the intellectual shallowness and great defeat of both Western and Arab figures before the mature Islamic thought held by Hizb ut Tahrir.

 The general atmosphere was that everyone works in the UN crucible for purely material reasons due to the huge funding provided by the United Nations, or for a failed left-wing convictions who seek a foothold and a forced change of laws because the Islamic Ummah has discarded their secular and feminist ideas, so they accepted to put their hands in the hands of dirty capitalism that their ideology is supposed to reject it. Or a last category that recognizes the corruption of the capitalist system as a ruling system but argues that it resists and tries to change because there is no alternative.

Yes, the colonizer, with all his money, has not found anyone to fight for him for a firm conviction, rather, it is either a group conned by interests and intrigues or incapable of thinking outside the capitalist box. This is a great motivation for the Islamic Ummah to continue resistance and to move forward in raising the slogan of Islam is the solution, until Allah authorizes the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah (righteous Caliphate) state on the method of the Prophethood.
