The Misery of Childhood through the Secularisation of the State

Colonialism was keen to destroy the entity of the Ummah through its attempts to disrupt the pillars of the family. Not only did they demean the father’s and mother’s position under the name of freedom and equality, but rather it sought to mislead our children by working to find an emerging pattern that is contrary to the human’s nature.

It intentionally made the child grow up within a truncated secular system, whose arms are conventions, laws and organizations, most of which marginalize his upbringing and make him deny his Islam and do not care about a system that responds to the spirit of the Islamic Ummah.

This system has created a life of hardship that has led to a horrific suicide rate among children, rape crimes against them and cases of displacement, a terrible interruption in education and moral deviation, with confusion in worsening psychological situations, and a high rate of drug use, and despite all of this, the regime in our country does not give it any importance.

Rather, in the most extreme cases, it does not see the solution except within a system that was the cause of the disease, and upon this, the Women's Section of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah of Tunisia announces the launch of a campaign under the title: "The Misery of Childhood in the Secular State.”

The campaign program includes two parts:

First part: Childhood, between neglect and the source of laws, will address the following points:

a. Destruction of the child's natural foster family

b. The state neglects its role in health and educational care

c. Conquering and assassinating secular capitalism for childhood in Tunisia and the world

d. The child and the media, between construction and demolition.

Second part: Showing how to care for children in Islam.
